MMHilmiDAudI have a good stay here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Can converse using good english. The parking space is huge. Location wise is very strategic, as is it easy to get around. The hotel also provided free shuttle to go to anywhere within 5km radius. For sure will choose this hotel if im planning to go to hatyai again.
The room is clean & spacious. Nice decoration. Concierge service is very good. Cleaning staff is very attentive too. Overall very good stay here.

Most importantly, the shower gel/lotion/shampoo smell so good. All the amenities is well organized and well maintained. Great job Bestier Hotel Hatyai

OOng SanThe hotel's central location is super convenient for dining and shopping. However, the hotel is quite old now, and the elderly staff member at the front desk was impolite. The bathroom in the room has an old-fashioned bathtub. The hotel really needs a renovation.
