Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Five-star rating! It's clean and hygienic, and the hotel is still quite new. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, and the front desk staff are attentive and friendly. They even contact you in advance to arrange pickup and proactively ask about your drop-off needs.

Excellent service! Check-in was almost instant. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The airport transfer service was punctual. It felt just like home, and it was incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Great stay at Alfahad Hotel Hat Yai! The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed during Songkran Festival, and it was such a fun experience—easy to go out and enjoy the water celebrations nearby, then come back and relax at the hotel. Good value for money overall. Would recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights. Calm, quiet and enjoy. The room was quite big for a couple. The aircond is superb, cool. Clean and tidy in the room is token for this hotel. The hotel surrounding are very clean. The staff are friendly and this hotel located in muslim area. Very near to Muslim Street Food location. Swimming pool for lady are separated. 1 more credit for this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. A quick one night stay so that we could catch a ferry the next day to the islands. The room was as described but very dated and worn looking. Our bathroom also wasn’t that clean and the shower never actually got hot (a bit complex on how to use the showers, there were printed instructions in the shower stall). The pools were nice though and the restaurant was good (we had dinner and breakfast). Breakfast buffet was a good variety and plentiful at 7:30-8:00 am. Would recommend for a cheap stay if you need to be to the airport early the next morning.

The hotel's location and customer service were great. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and a strong smell coming from the drain. The bathroom in the room was quite unappealing due to the sewer smell. I hope you can address these issues. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location is a bit far from the center, but since we had already rented a scooter, it was convenient for us. Many people come by car, giving the impression of a weekend getaway. The room seemed a bit dark at first glance, but everything else was good. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier than the official check-in time. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; there were two options to choose from, but you could have as many toasts with jam and butter as you wanted. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel occupies several buildings: accommodation, a pool, a breakfast area, and some other structures. They require a swimming cap in the pool. In the evening, they rented them out for 20 baht, but in the morning, they gave them for free. The sea is warmer than the pool, so the pool feels cold in comparison. But that's just a matter of personal preference.

Arrive quite late at the hotel, the road to hotel can be improved as its quite dark with no street light. The location is quite far from main attraction. However the hotel is true gem in Hatyai as the parking is just beside the room. No hassle to find parking!. The room was fully equipped with tv, fridge, wifi, hot water shower. The channel offered was quite variety and entertaining. The surround of the hotel is quite and serene, far from noise pollution. The pool offer area for adult and kids. My kids enjoy the pool so much. Breakfast was included, additional person can buy buffet breakfast at reasonable price, which is 70baht/kid. Breakfast quite basic with fried rice, porridge, bread and half cooked egg. Drink offered includes coffee, plain water and orange juice. Overall its a pleasant stay, and will consider to stay again in the future.

Thank you to all the staff. This morning, my kids accidentally left their iPad near the entrance, and we were quite worried that it had gone missing. After searching everywhere, we checked with the front desk and were relieved to find that the staff had safely kept it for us.
