"We stayed in the room on the second floor. I had to climb a little steep stairs with a heavy suitcase, but the staff was very helpful to carry it. If you have heavy luggage, I think you can support it if you tell it in advance. The staff were very kind. The building and the room were clean, and there was a kitchen and it was good to be able to cook simple food. The only thing I was worried about was that the voice was easy to pass through, probably because of the structure of the building, and the conversation of the receptionist and other guests was easy to reach the room. However, there was no big noise when we stayed and we were able to spend comfortably. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay."
