Amazing
SSchramaThe front desk is very attentive and the lobby is gigantic. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you need to change bed sheets or towels, they help immediately. Good internet speed, large fridge and kitchen stove. Toilet and shower in separate rooms. 4 washing machines and 3 dryers, all free to use. A small gym, but good enough. Nice air conditioner in the room and ask that you want a washing machine in your room, or else you will get a dishwasher.
Great people and wonderful stay.
MMaggiefeixiaI booked this for a friend who's going on a business trip. The location was conveniently close to their destination, the service was good, and the facilities were okay.
GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋
GGuest UserWe received great care from the staff and were able to use luggage storage, which was great. This hotel is right in between Scheveningen and Den Haag and easily accessible through metro, bus, and by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the decor. Unfortunately the closet and shower were slightly malfunctioning and the airconditioning was not that good. However, I believe this will be resolved shortly and would recommend a stay here!
MMARMANTHAHave booked this place multiple times for our family members when they visit this city, we love how it is convenient to get to from the airport (direct train) + just 2 tram stops from Den Haag city center + extremely competitive pricing.
The rooms are also spacious and comfortable, and has very good views
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay, but a few things were a bit disappointing, such as the shower (door) which was very short, causing the bathroom to get wet in no time, and the bottles of shampoo/conditioner that were empty. Also, the options downstairs in the mini-market are minimal and virtually everything is processed/sugar-filled. It would be to the hotel's credit if there were more healthier options for sale, such as a piece of fruit.
桃桃翠園松井The hotel staff was very unfriendly.
The room was not the one we had requested, and we requested either a change of room or, if a change was not possible, an additional reservation, but neither of these requests were accommodated.
The problem seemed to be due to an error in the room reservation system, but I was surprised at how unfriendly the staff was.
GGuest UserThis is the best, most beautiful and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in the Netherlands: the room is big enough, with a kitchen, kitchenware, bar, sufficient supplies in the room, and attentive front desk staff. Although I had to change rooms at the beginning because the lock of the first room was broken, it did not affect my love and recommendation for this hotel!
The sunset seen in the room is absolutely amazing, even more beautiful than the one seen on the beach in The Hague! 👍🏼
Extra tips: Residence Inn is right behind Moxy Hotel; in addition, you need to tap the room card to enter and exit the main door (because the lobby is on the 9th floor), and the card tapping station is on the left side of the main door. There is also an intercom above the card tapping station on the left side of the main door for first-time guests. This is worth noting!
GGuest UserThe location is excellent – very central and convenient. The room was quite spartan but had everything we needed. Cleanliness was generally good, although there was a strong odor in the bathroom that was hard to ignore. Breakfast was simple and not particularly varied, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days. One downside: parking was extremely expensive.
