"The room was very clean and air-conditioned. It was close to the station and major attractions. It was about a three-minute walk from the Queen's Palace. The facilities were relatively new. The soundproofing was good at night. It was better than expected."

"We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Premium Den Haag as a family with one child. The room was incredibly convenient and well equipped with both a microwave and a refrigerator perfect for a comfortable and easy family trip. The breakfast was fantastic. Everything you need is there, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were warm, friendly, and truly welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, Plaza Premium Den Haag is an excellent choice for families great service, practical amenities, and a really pleasant atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!"

"The room cleanliness isn't up to the price or standard you may expect. Blood stains on the pillow case, hairs on the chair. Plus we have broken a glass and went to inform the cleaning lady and apologize for that. Room wasn't cleaned after that she just removed the broken glass that we have maanged to 'clean'. So the next day, we informed the reception and asked for the room to be cleaned. My patner got glass cut under his feet. I complained already at the hotel."

"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — it’s very close to the beach, which made everything so convenient. From my window, I had a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me — they even gave me a charger for my phone when I needed one and helped print an important document for me. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"The location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need. The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight. There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I haven’t tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers. The only downside is, it’s a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage. The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol. Will stay there again if I go next time."

"Pros: Good location with convenient transport. Only three tram stops (about 4 minutes) from The Hague Centraal, with the tram stopping right in front of the hostel. Friendly staff and free luggage storage (wardrobe near reception; avoid leaving valuables). Cons: Very very very strong smell in the bathroom (can’t bear it), and the shower had no cold water. Rooms are old. Narrow, spiral corridors make it difficult to carry large luggage. Traffic noise from trams outside lasts until late at night."

"Really like this hotel, just near the train station. I booked a loft room, and this layout is very novel for me. The table is facing the attic window, and it is a beautiful city view to look out. However, it should be noted that the hotel elevator has one that can go to the 4th floor (attic floor), and the other can go to the 3rd floor, so sometimes you need to go to the 3rd floor and then climb the stairs to the 4th floor. It is best for passengers with large luggage not to choose the attic room."
