The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the attention to detail truly showed how much effort the host puts into running this place. We even had a birthday party here, and the kids had a blast! The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend! 💯

RReen5ivezThe homestay is large spacious but the dining table furniture is outdated. The toilet is not clean. The shower water is slow and small. The shower is not satisfied and slow. When going to check in, it was a bit difficult to find the right block because it was dark at night outside the lobby.

RR Katy YMy 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in. Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean. But still a little disappointment. The Netflix and Premium are not working. Solely depends on Youtube watching from projector. Besides, one of the main issues was the in-room jacuzzi. Every time I filled it with water, there were numerous floating particles, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. Given that the jacuzzi is a key feature of the room, I expected it to be clean and properly maintained. This issue significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the management can look into this and improve their housekeeping standards for future guests.

姐姐姐怪美的Location was really good, walking distance to good foods, 7-11, massage etc. Basic amenities like towel, shower shampoo & hair dryer provided. Just need to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste.

Just right next to Paradigm mall and if you are driving in from Singapore like me, the Shell Petrol Station is right there and where you can also do a quick clean up and polish. The house is slightly dusty with some stains and we contacted the owner so they managed to get someone down to clean it. We had a visitor that required an extra carpark lot and the request was accommodated. Delayed response on app at night hence better to call or get the WhatsApp contact after check in which starts from 4pm.

GGuest UserAir cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene

KKangruiThe host not very responsive. Promised by 2pm will let me know the letterbox password. But there isn’t anyone response to the msg till check in time. Every other groups got their key before check in except mine. No response till we keep calling and msg them. Finally got someone response and the cleaner still at apt doing cleaning. The both bed at the master room need to change. I can feel the wood below anytime can collapse.
