Tebrau Hotels with balcony

Pleasant experience staying at JPP luxurious apartment! We really enjoyed the facilities, the apartment itself, and the convenience of the location. Suitable for 20-25 guests. We will definitely come back again.

The accommodation is really convenient. It is minutes walk away from aeon tebrau and easy to drive to mt Austin and other surrounding areas. Carpark is a little tight if you are driving a big car. The host is very responsive and courteous. My only nitpick will be the towels. Bring your own towels if you want better quality towels as ours seems to shed more than normal.

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The homestay is large spacious but the dining table furniture is outdated. The toilet is not clean. The shower water is slow and small. The shower is not satisfied and slow. When going to check in, it was a bit difficult to find the right block because it was dark at night outside the lobby.

What we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home.

It is a old condo, there are repair works.. so do take note. Good: Car park is big and is at level 2 for the designated lot. Because other homestay condos that need to go at least 5-6 levels. Location is very near to AEON Tebrau and Mount Austin. Security wise is good, need special pass to enter the car park. Need to produce passport to enter the premises. Bad: The upper deck bed is very hot and stuffy due to the glass panel. It had block out the aircon blowing. My children will have to shift down to sleep on the floor. The tap water at the wash basin, is yellowish. Toilet bowl is leaking causing wetness on the floor. If you are not very fussy and just staying for sleep over for 1-2nights is it fine.

Very satisfied with a stay, the decoration style is simple and generous, the space is also very spacious, the most special point is that the unit is very clean and comfortable. The basic facilities are complete, air-conditioning, washing machine, water heater, WiFi, etc., are great, the water pressure is stable and sufficient. The location is a very prosperous business district in Xinshan, surrounded by food and drink, as well as bar KTV, etc., very convenient. The owner's service is also great, handling problems and restoring information are very fast, very recommended. The only minor drawback is that because it is a busy business district, there will be a little car noise at night, people who sleep lightly may be affected, and the sound of racing will be heard.

The location was good because it's near malls. The management was also responsive and nice. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and things in the unit that needed to be repaired. Overall, our stay was good.
