"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The staff were professional and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and public transport. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel."

"The unit itself is nice but the management do not give customers a good vibe. Everything was wrong from start of checked in. Before checking in I already informed management that I am riding a motorbike. The instructions given to me was to park at level 5. Upon reaching the mall to collect keys. The guards do not allow me to go level 5, no bike is allowed. Told me to go park in the basement but did not tell me that I need to collect a bike card to scan in at the basement carpark for bike. After quite sometime asking around, one of the guard told me to get a bike card from the reception. Next when reached the unit. There is a metal gate. But I was given a key card for the lift and a sensor for the main door. No key for the gate. When texted the management. It’s replied by AI. So I need to take a lift to UG level and see the reception again. I was told there is a manual latch behind the gate. All these troubles could be solved if proper instructions were given to me. I came down from Ipoh, a long ride down and still need to go around finding out how to get into the unit. Upon entering the unit, looks beautiful at first. Then when want to have a shower, there is not a single hook or rack for bath towel. So I have to text again. I was told to hang towel on the curtain rod. But there was no curtain rod. The only rod I saw was a metal rod sticking inside a plastic pail. So texted again and show photo. The reply was hang my towel on the door lock. First time I heard of this. So I went to take my towel. It was a dirty towel with black stained. Send photo to reception. Nothing was done, not even an exchange of towel. Is just silence…. After shower wanted to get some water to drink. It was a water dispenser that is not dispensing. So went down to the supermarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. The only plus point of this place is joined to a mall. That’s about it. I have never rated any hotel or apartment so low before. This is my first and I hope it will be my last."

"Really pleasant stay, with beautifully designed interiors and rooms. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms, look new, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately I didn’t take too many photos to capture this, except one of the bed (with AI to remove people inside the photo). The exterior of the hotel is nicer than the trip.com photos make it look 🙃 The room was comfortable, with soft yet substantial pillows and a mattress for people who prefer firmer beds. Points for improvement would be a small number of available power outlets in the room, and a big lack of counter space in the toilet to place toiletries, make-up etc. Last but not least, service was very quick and friendly. Great place for a comfortable stay away from the bustle."

"Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite poor. The location is very inconvenient; you need to take a taxi for everything, whether it's dining or shopping, which isn't very travel-friendly. The gym equipment is old and run-down. Breakfast options are limited and unvaried. The swimming pool appears to have been neglected for a long time, with poor water quality and an unkempt environment. There's also a quality issue with the clothes hangers in the room; two of my white garments developed noticeable yellow stains after being hung, rendering them unusable and damaging my clothes. The hotel should definitely take responsibility for compensation. All in all, it's not good value for money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"We arrived at 1pm and the unit was ready for check in which was awesome. During inspection of the unit found the flooring in the living room was broken and it would move if u stepped on it. This was simply covered by a carpet. Took a video and sent to their whatsapp but was not acknowledged. Then came the common toilet right beside the living room. Firstly had a very foul smell, the shower wasnt draining well and the bidet was broken and made my pants all wet when i turned it on. The smell got worse throughout our stay and we just choose not to use the common toilet at all. They only give 1 access card but u can request one more from the lobby. But makesure ask them if the card can be used for carpark entrance. After check out we left our bags at the lobby and was chrged rm10/bag for storage while we went last minute shopping. Oh also u cant access the mall after 10pm. So if youre taking a cab makesure u drop off at the residents instead of mall entrance"

"Stayed here from March 24th to 29th. The experience was very satisfying! The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it was really cool 👍. The internet was also fast and stable—great for work or streaming. The location is also strategic, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service."
