GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Mexico. It is clean, well located, with free parking. There is a large supermarket downstairs, which is convenient for eating and drinking. The hotel is quiet and comfortable overall. The room is a little small. The rooftop swimming pool is great. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is high!

LLihuiI stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

李李珈合Drive according to the navigation. There is free parking on the ground floor of the hotel. The front desk service is very good and the room is large. It is very suitable for families. Only soap and shampoo conditioner are provided in the room, no shower gel. There are air conditioners and fans, the beds are comfortable and the quilts are thin. The room near the seaside is a bit tide, you can walk to the seaside, it is close to the pedestrian street of Carmen, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. Breakfast needs to be paid separately, and the price is fairly close to the people. I ate more than 20 RMB per person for three days.

NNikkilaoshiLocation is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.

费费耶特刘秉I ca n’t add an extra bed. I booked a double bed room, but the staff gave me a twin room. I was not satisfied with this, but they switched to a double bed room the next day. The room was clean and the surroundings were convenient.

DDIVERFThe hotel is very clean and in a convenient location. A shopping mall on the pedestrian street is just next to the hotel. I took an ADO bus to the Carmen Seaside from the Cancun Airport and walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes. It's 10 minutes' walk from the Walmart Supermarket.

KKlattThis AWESOME hotel is so much better than 4 stars! The love of my life and I were greeted by the most wonderful check in host! Her name is Lupita! She was so sweet and kind and made checkin the most pleasant ever! Words alone cannot even describe our room! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were looking for a beachfront property with also a nice pool and the rooftop pool and restaurant here also deserves 6 stars! If you are a couple you are wasting your time by staying anywhere else but here in Playa Del Carmen!

The room I was assigned afterwards was so loud that I asked to be changed because it was impossible to sleep. The staff claimed that the hotel was fully booked, but rooms were available to book on various booking platforms! Strange.
