Overall, we had a phenomenal stay. Pros: The food was amazing. The main and beach restaurants plus the lounge had unique and fresh ingredients. The wait was worth it to have freshly made food rather than premade or cold meals. Staff: The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They were kind and wanted you to enjoy the experience. Pool/beach: We really liked the cleanliness and upkeep of both areas. The staff was very attentive and helped you with anything you needed. Rooms: The rooms were very spacious. We had a connecting suite which was great. We liked that you couldn't hear outside noise like neighboring doors shutting or even noise above or below your room. Cons: The hotel is new but the bathrooms did not seem to be on par with the rest of the room. The shower floors had debris, mildew around the tub and shower tiles, and algae on the rain shower head. The shower and bath area really need upkeep and for the hotel status should not look this way. Check-in: Our room was ready way past 3 pm. After traveling all day, you want to go to your room and start your vacation. I understand large rooms require time to clean. It would be great if there was a place to change while you wait, so you can at least enjoy the beach and pool. Store: Guests forget basic toiletry items all the time, so it would be great if the store carried them. You can have items delivered from off-site through the concierge for a fee. All and all, we would stay there if again with the minor fixes.

The hotel is in the large park of Kaman Beach. There are many luxury hotels around. There are many golf courses. The hotel is a holiday nature and there are many recreational items. Please don't compare with the city business hotel. The balcony has bird droppings and the room has spiders. Normal, because the hotel is covered by the jungle, there are many flora and fauna, the breakfast is good, dinner is better, there are many restaurants and pools, the beach and sea are medium!

This is quickly becoming our favorite resort! We went in October (you can read my review from then on here as well) and again in March and have already planned our third visit for this fall! We opted for a third story ocean view room this time (we had a private corner pool suite last time). We loved listening to the waves every night from our room and waking up to the sunrise every morning. The room was very similar to the last one we had. Very modern, marble bathroom etc but this room had a jetted soaking tub. We requested building 67 so we could be close to the infinity pool and Helios restaurant. From the moment you arrive you are treated like family. Israel, the bellboy captain, is always prepared with a warm welcome and Kevin at the front desk is always a wonderful familiar face to see! Alberto, Sergio and Romeo are amazing golf cart drivers! They always get you where you need to go with a smile and a warm greeting! They have become our friends and we look forward to seeing them again soon! All of the butlers are excellent as well. Rafael and Mariana took great care of us! If there is anything at all you need, don’t hesitate to ask your butler. The food and drinks here are excellent. There are top shelf options included such as crown royal, captain Morgan, grey goose etc. David, Jonathan and Mayra made sure our cups were never empty :) Daniel at La Jarra (trs only beach bar) was a treat! We enjoyed hanging out there with him. He works very hard keeping all the trs guests happy! Alfredo at La Terraza (the “quiet” pool) made us some special custom drinks that were amazing! We ate breakfast every day at Helios (capricho wasn’t open) and often times lunch as well. My husband even started making up breakfast sandwiches for himself lol and they made them for him every day! Martha and Wendy made breakfasts exceptional! They even brought us a sweet goodbye dessert plate :) Ivonne is an amazing hostess and has become someone that we feel is our friend and we look forward to seeing her again soon! Our favorite dinner spots are Tentazione and La Boheme. We like sitting in the special booth there! We tried Sumptuori (hibachi) this trip and enjoyed it as well. The evening entertainment here is the BEST that we’ve encountered since Covid restrictions affected the resorts. The chic show is running on a smaller scale and is in the terrace bar, full moon. The burlesque show is fabulous and should not be missed! We also enjoyed ****** night! Be prepared to make new friends here on a nightly basis! It’s so much fun! Make sure to check out Las Rocas, the salt water pool. Bring your snorkel gear and water shoes! We also enjoyed a round of putput golf at the activities center! Insider tip: take an early morning walk before it gets hot out. Grab a latte (with amaretto lol) from the lobby bar and head out. Walk all over. Discover the cenote and the flamingo area. Where to start?? My take away was the very very bestest grilled salmon in the Lola Beach restaurant! OMG!!! The staff, Jose Marie, Alexander, Nicole, Bianca, Ania, pool activities, , Rafael, Emma the pool towel girl, diesel and Martin are just the ones that seriously stole my heart 💓 They made me feel like family and I hate to leave them.Anything but THE VERY BEST review is someone who had not experienced the wholesomeness of these hard workers…who eventually become your family! Those names that I mentioned….i love you. You made me feel relaxed and special. If I missed any of you.. you probably feed me too much tequila💞 Marianne and Ginger

hotel done fixed their mistake from the website I booked. When we arrived they told us we need to pay extra tax & no bkft included. But we showed them the itinerary that we payed. Hotel( Guillermo ) initiatively solve the mistake for us, which is a very good move! Allow us to enjoy more in the beautiful trip. Restaurant waiters are super kind and pay attention on their guests which is five star service we expected all the time. Thanks Walter giving us a wonderful experience. Also the one who assisted us bring luggage downstairs in this morning, Axel was super detail oriented in service, perspected our needs!! He deserved more! This new hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to 5th Street, the beaches, and the local community. A+ for location! There is also a beautiful and expansive supermarket right under the hotel to get whatever culinary needs you require. We were upgraded to a balcony room as Bonvoy Titanium,.The price point of the Aloft was also a value, and it is a good bargain in using Marriott Bonvoy points. Javier that checked us in was lovely and gracious, and all staff were pleasant and professional. Aloft is an unusual hotel--one that wants to be a wanna-be hip W Hotel and also a Fairfield Inn for Gen Z'ers. It didn't do either very well, unfortunately. The staff wanted to do well, and perhaps there are still newly opened growing pains that will be worked out. Housekeeping was promised daily, but on 3 out of the 5 days we had to call Housekeeping after returning from the day;'s activities to service the room (which they did right away when called) but this was a big fail. The purified water dispenser in the nice gym was often empty. And generally the upkeep of the hotel is not or was not a priority. It's nice and new and ”hip looking” but metal surfaces and walls by the pool on the 4th floor are rusting already, and little bits of trash on the hallway carpeting remained for the 5 days which showed they didn't vacuum the common areas as often as should be. Room A/C and common area A./C were great! 4th floor pool has city and sea views in the distance and we could often see Cozumel and the cruise ships anchored there in the far distance on most days. I wanted the stay to be great, but it was good.

The room is large, clean, warm and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the location is particularly convenient, go out is the Fifth Avenue Pedestrian Street, but it is quiet. The service is very good, the food quality is high, the rooftop pool has a good view, the rooftop bar eats and drinks well, the lounge chairs are comfortable, and the umbrellas are beautiful. We had enough of the sea in Cancun and chose this Hilton boutique on Carmen Beach, which was not close to the sea, but five minutes to the beach. Wall crack recommended!

Really a great experience. I was with my husband, we stayed in the privilege suite, perfect! Spacious room, with individual taps, hydro in the bathroom and in the outdoor area with views of the garden, surreally comfortable bed. The Hotel has a wide variety of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse you must book on the day, the rest just go and wait. The Japanese restaurant is not so much about the food but about the sushi chef's experience, it's more of a show, incredible! I recommend the buffet restaurant as it has a variety of cuisine from different countries and the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have good service at the restaurant on the beachfront, which is the only criticism! The resort has several green areas, so you can find several animals, super cute!! We went bowling and they even have karaoke nights, really fun! I would suggest just having a heated pool, as all of them are not heated. It's a complete resort, with ice cream parlor, cafe, wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!
