AAnonymous UserThis is a group of hotels. There are three or four hotels combined. Some are suitable for families, and some are only open to adults. The hotel is very large and needs to take a sightseeing bus to go back and forth to various places. The facilities can be used with each other, and the activities are very rich. There is a housekeeper downstairs in each building to take care of all the needs of the customers in this building! The service was excellent! After 8:00 every morning, the butler will arrange the whole day's activities schedule, restaurant opening hours and various concerts, and send all the activity time to everyone, which is very considerate! There are plenty of activities every day! There are twenty different restaurants in the hotel group to choose from, all inclusive, very thoughtful! There are also many activities every night, music performances, various parties! Arrangements around the clock! The coastline is also very long, and there are also inland lakes crisscrossing the interior. The scenery is very good! Great for a family vacation!

LLihuiI stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

FFLAVIA FAZANIThe hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.

费费耶特刘秉I ca n’t add an extra bed. I booked a double bed room, but the staff gave me a twin room. I was not satisfied with this, but they switched to a double bed room the next day. The room was clean and the surroundings were convenient.

WWondooPersonally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place. Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

GGuest UserIt is located in the most central location in the Praya del Carmen area. The beach is close, the bus is close, and the supermarket is close. If you are planning to travel to this area. There is no reason not to choose this hostel. step. I like to read books quietly. This hotel is not suitable for people with insomnia. The hotel is beautiful. The inner rooms are relatively quiet.

KKristinaThe hotel is absolutely gorgeous, lots of palm trees, flowers, birds - during a day that's a quiet paradise. But at night... Sweet Jesus, there are two bars next to the hotel, and you can hear them both PERFECTLY. If you are a night person and won't be in bed until 2am, you're good. But if you dare to try sleep a little earlier, you may be a little bit distracted. Rather than that, the hotel, facilities, people, service, location - everything is awesome.

GGuest UserIt was a magnificent hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our room was cleaned every day. It was splendid. The location is perfect, and the pool is very pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. Perfect for the weather. I will use this hotel again if I return to Playa Del Carmen. The value for money is unbeatable in a location so close to the sea. I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel! In short, a faultless one for us…

MMike MiguelValue for location, large rooms right on the strip, which means both beach, restaurants and all tourist. Related is right at your door steps. My washroom was missing the glass in the 2indow, and they did not bother to move me or cover the big hole. Safe box loose from the wall. Dirty walls. The hotel is cheap and does the job, but the owner and never the less the argentinian staff can do better when a customer service complaint is elevated. Service still matters! Be aware is noisy based on location, fyi. I would stay again for convenience and hotel style..
