Find 4-Star Hotels in Luxembourg City

This hotel is located between Luxembourg Central Station and Luxembourg Airport. A tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get to the city center. The room is equipped with a safe, a closet, a kettle, instant coffee, and tea. There are also water dispensers on each floor where you can refill your water bottle. We arrived a bit early, but they kindly allowed us to check in since a room was available. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop, offering easy access to the city center as public transport in Luxembourg is free. However, there isn't much else around the immediate area. The rooms are good and clean. My main complaint would be the bathroom setup; the shower lacks privacy and a proper door, essentially being open to the room itself. Inside the shower, there's no door either, which means water splashes onto the floor and you have to be extra careful to avoid soaking everything. Without proper doors, the room also gets quite humid after a shower, and it can feel cold while washing. Otherwise, the room is nice, clean, tidy, a good size, and features pleasant, modern decor. We didn't opt for breakfast due to the high cost, so I can't comment on it. Before checking out, we couldn't open the safe, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue for us.

Very modern, about 30 minutes from the city when you walk to the tram etc. The service was slow, some issues with the air-conditioning unit took a while to fix. I appreciate that they advertise. They have a free bar in the room but it really is a couple of soft drinks. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition to the room, otherwise the room was comfortable.

Hotel is good situated near city center and parks. Hotel is big but has only restaurant for breakfast and bar and some gold shops as amenities. Breakfast is kinda modest compared to other 4 stars. The building is kinda old and the room had some smell from pipes which required opening windows even it’s cold, room service tried to solve it but it really depends on building. The personnel is friendly, kind and eager to help.

Overall, a good experience. There's a bus stop nearby. It's located in the Upper District, and across the road, there's a hill you can walk up to reach the Lower District, offering some nice scenery. It's within walking distance or a short bus ride to several popular attractions. The hotel's environment and facilities are quite new, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast looked substantial enough to fill you up, but I didn't add it, so I can't comment on the taste.

Spatious apartment, perfect location, friendly people. Complete kitchen facilities, but the exhaust fan system cannot be powered on. The toilet flushing is not working well. For the rest, I am very satisfied.

The hotel is located in the city center, and the hotel is decorated with an artistic atmosphere. Breakfast is a normal buffet breakfast. There are several parking lots near the hotel, but they all require a fee.

We called n sent email to ask for extension of time to check out or any place for luggage storage as the check out time is too early @10am, unfortunately our email (sent 1 day b4) n call was not responded until 5pm the next day after we checked out. Very bad experience 😡

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist
