Find 4-Star Hotels in Luxembourg City

A mid-range business hotel. Not luxurious, but it offers all the necessary amenities. Small gym and sauna. Breakfast is satisfactory. Silent, convenient location for Kirchberg area.

We wanted to book a room for three people but couldn't even though the room could fit four people. They have a fantastic variety of food for breakfast, but a bit expensive for an extra person. They have kids' food sections. The location is quite good, the tram is about 2 mins walk. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I had to give them feedback with pictures to ensure through cleaning for good hygiene. I think for the price, the rooms are quite basic. Maybe it's because of the festive season.

The place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

Overall, a good experience. There's a bus stop nearby. It's located in the Upper District, and across the road, there's a hill you can walk up to reach the Lower District, offering some nice scenery. It's within walking distance or a short bus ride to several popular attractions. The hotel's environment and facilities are quite new, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast looked substantial enough to fill you up, but I didn't add it, so I can't comment on the taste.

I have a very pleasant stay,the room just nice for single traveller yet provided with all basic amenities,the services are very good and great location to explore the charming of luxembourg city.

Spatious apartment, perfect location, friendly people. Complete kitchen facilities, but the exhaust fan system cannot be powered on. The toilet flushing is not working well. For the rest, I am very satisfied.

We called n sent email to ask for extension of time to check out or any place for luggage storage as the check out time is too early @10am, unfortunately our email (sent 1 day b4) n call was not responded until 5pm the next day after we checked out. Very bad experience 😡

After checking the hotel's check-in terms, I should be able to check out at 11:30 noon. I also checked the hotel's check-in terms on booking and it was the same, but the hotel asked me to check out at 11:00. After I complained, the staff told me that it was okay to give me a half-hour extension. I didn't want the extra fee. The discounts only require the due rights. The experience of this stay is very poor.

The location is super convenient, directly across from the airport, just a few minutes' walk away. Right outside the airport, you'll find various buses and trams heading to the city center and train station, taking about half an hour. Plus, public transport within Luxembourg City is currently free, which is a huge bonus. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The room was quite spacious. They provided a complimentary bottle of water in the room, but I couldn't open it. Luckily, the front desk also offered free water.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist
