"Clean. It was great to have a free coffee machine, water dispenser, and hot water available on the first floor. There's a bus stop, tram station, and large supermarket nearby. Although there was a lot of construction in the area, the noise wasn't bothersome. There aren't any tourist attractions close by, so it would be nice if the price (for the stay) were a bit more affordable."

"The hotel, which opened 25 years ago, is very new. Its location right opposite the train station is incredibly convenient. The room design is a cool blend of modern and vintage. However, the front desk service wasn't very friendly, especially Diego, who seemed prejudiced against Asians. He initially assigned us a terrible room with high windows that felt like a prison cell. It was only after we found flies in the room that he moved us to a larger one overlooking the train station. This shows the hotel clearly had better rooms available, and as a Marriott member staying for three nights, I should have been given a decent room from the start. We accidentally left two hats in the closet of the first room, and it took two days and many conversations to get them back; they seemed completely unconcerned. On the other hand, another front desk staff member, Augustine, was fantastic. He had a sweet smile throughout and genuinely provided excellent service. He truly deserves a promotion!"

"The location is very good. I went out to play when I arrived at the hotel. I took a shower late at night and found hair in my bathrobe. It was too late and I was too tired to bother. I told the hotel front desk about this the next day. They were very nice and kept apologizing. I asked them to replace it with a new one because I had doubts about the hygiene of the entire hotel because of this hair. The front desk manager and others said they would compensate me for something. I said forget it and went out to play again. When I returned to the hotel after playing for 5 hours, the room card was invalid! The front desk swiped the card again and went up to the room. I found that it was being cleaned. They were very nice and hoped that we could wait for 20 minutes. We went down to the lobby and waited for 20 minutes before going to the room. I found that the bathrobe with other people's hair was still there. They didn't replace it for me! ! ! I was speechless. I complained to Ctrip, and the result was that everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager came to my house. I kept insisting that it was a bathrobe, but everyone who handled it asked me if it was a towel. I was even more tired to deal with it. They directly told me not to come again and apologized. In addition to being very nice and saying sorry, from the front desk to the back-end, even the bathrobe and towel were not clearly communicated. This hotel should have been my good memories, it was so disappointing!"

"The Meliá Luxembourg has a great location just outside the city centre, with the T1 tram stop nearby, making it easy to reach the centre within a few minutes. Dennis at check-in was fabulous. She initially offered us an upgrade including breakfast, which we declined, but she continued looking for another option and arranged a room with a panoramic view instead. We also appreciated the convenient parking directly in front of the hotel. She explained the lounge facilities clearly, followed up on our room-temperature request, and handled our room number very discreetly by only mentioning the floor rather than saying the full number aloud. This was a small but very professional detail. The lounge was excellent for working and relaxing, although a few more power outlets would make it even better. The breakfast area was fine, but nothing particularly special. The Nespresso coffee in the hotel was a very welcome touch. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable working areas."

"Nothing but praises for this beautifully appointed apartment. Pics shown online are true and actual. Everything you needed at home is provided for, from toiletries to hairdryer to kitchen tools & appliances. The apartment was spacious and beds were comfy. Check-in was prompt and fuss free, and we arrived much earlier than expected but the friendly staff generously granted us an early check-in. He also shared food options around town. The place was also a short walk to many of the attractions, though we also made full use of the free public transport. Only con was drainage in sinks is a bit slow. Free laundry facilities were also available, just bring your own detergent!"

"I recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg."

"It was a nice big room with a great view of the golfcourse! We enjoyed our short stay and the spa, which was free to use for two hours everyday (make sure to make a reservation for a time slot at the reception). The spa was nice, but the pool (which is also part of the spa) is the only thing children are allowed in so naturally it was a bit crowded in the pool. Other than that the spa was a nice extra. We went around Christmas time so they also had very nice decorations spread throughout the hotel! And the next morning it was snowing so we woke up with a nice view."
