MMeena BWe wanted to book a room for three people but couldn't even though the room could fit four people. They have a fantastic variety of food for breakfast, but a bit expensive for an extra person. They have kids' food sections. The location is quite good, the tram is about 2 mins walk. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I had to give them feedback with pictures to ensure through cleaning for good hygiene. I think for the price, the rooms are quite basic. Maybe it's because of the festive season.

KKatsiaryna KruhlovaThe hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop, offering easy access to the city center as public transport in Luxembourg is free. However, there isn't much else around the immediate area. The rooms are good and clean. My main complaint would be the bathroom setup; the shower lacks privacy and a proper door, essentially being open to the room itself. Inside the shower, there's no door either, which means water splashes onto the floor and you have to be extra careful to avoid soaking everything. Without proper doors, the room also gets quite humid after a shower, and it can feel cold while washing. Otherwise, the room is nice, clean, tidy, a good size, and features pleasant, modern decor. We didn't opt for breakfast due to the high cost, so I can't comment on it. Before checking out, we couldn't open the safe, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue for us.

EEvaxiaowuThe location is very good! I like. You can visit all the attractions on foot. Highly recommended! The restaurant cafe de paris downstairs is delicious and there are people performing in the square which is very lively. The famous shopping street downstairs is super convenient. Next door is pp LV Hermes and the like~ All in all, it's very convenient, otherwise I wouldn't know where to stay and wouldn't have much choice.

GGuest UserThe ibis Hotel is located together with its ibis Hotel. Both share the same reception location. The hotel is conveniently just across from the airport. A bus stop is right outside of the hotel building. Busses as frequent as every 10 min during rush hour could take you to the old town / central train station within 12 min. The hotel is overall clean and with young vibe. 2 hotel restaurants serve from breakfast to dinner. We ate there for one dinner and the foods were great.

SSanja L.📍Location: It is less than 10 minutes away from the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to the main tourist areas. 🧹Clean: Overall it's very good, not amazing, but it has everything it should have~ 💰Price: The price/performance ratio is not high, but because it is a last-minute booking, it is okay overall. 🛜Network: Free WiFi, pretty fast 💁Others: The hotel staff will provide you with a map of the city's tourist attractions and tell you that you can take the light rail for about two stops to the main tourist area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus terminal, making getting around very easy. The room was spacious enough and well-equipped, with complimentary drinking water. The breakfast was also excellent. The only downside was that there was no heating in the room on the night we stayed. When we called the front desk, they informed us that the entire hotel's air conditioning system was broken and under repair, so the room was quite cold that night.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride.  Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

GGuest UserThe single room I booked was clean, but quite small and simple - I would even call it spartan. The staff was not very friendly; I would have expected a bit more. Still, I was not turned away :). The location is convenient, close to both the historical center and the European Quarter. I would stay there again, but without any high expectations.

GGuest UserDie Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist
