NNaamLoosMy room is on the 3rd floor. The insulation is bad and I can hear the neighbours talking, and even worse, there is Non-stop music at the ground floor every evening at least until 00:30, which makes me crazy. Called to lower the volume, but nothing happened.

SSuantouJEWELThere are two Novotel hotels in the same area. I asked for directions and a staff member guided me to the correct one. Parking was very tight, both outdoors and indoors, but the front desk lady said that some spots on P3 and P4 were free to use because the offices upstairs were closed for the weekend. 😂. The room was very comfortable, and I slept really well. It was very convenient to get to the city center as the T1 tram line was right outside.

MMeiguixinzoubianshijieThe advantage of this hotel is the breakfast, which is complete in variety, with fresh ingredients, freshly squeezed orange juice, and good coffee. Another advantage is the location, diagonally opposite the train station, which is convenient for taking a bus to the airport. Luggage can be stored. The disadvantages are that the road at the entrance is under construction, and the hotel's exterior wall seems to be under repair. There are several steps from entering the hotel to taking the elevator, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. The waiter did not seem to help. It was a bit strenuous.

GGuest UserNice, clean, and comfortable hotel with quiet rooms for a good night’s sleep. The location is great, just a short walk to the city center. The breakfast buffet had a big variety with plenty of options to choose from, also gluten free options available. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

MMarkVery modern, about 30 minutes from the city when you walk to the tram etc. The service was slow, some issues with the air-conditioning unit took a while to fix. I appreciate that they advertise. They have a free bar in the room but it really is a couple of soft drinks. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition to the room, otherwise the room was comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is elegant, with a piano in the lobby and free lunch rolls in the afternoon. The front desk was professional and polite, with a cinematic feel. The room, while small, was perfectly adequate. There's a small supermarket directly across from the entrance, making it convenient for shopping. Adolphe Bridge is a ten-minute walk away.

SSanja L.📍Location: It is less than 10 minutes away from the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to the main tourist areas. 🧹Clean: Overall it's very good, not amazing, but it has everything it should have~ 💰Price: The price/performance ratio is not high, but because it is a last-minute booking, it is okay overall. 🛜Network: Free WiFi, pretty fast 💁Others: The hotel staff will provide you with a map of the city's tourist attractions and tell you that you can take the light rail for about two stops to the main tourist area.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride.  Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

GGuest UserDie Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist
