Location: at center of Phnom Penh, easily reach by grab. Room: neat and clean, size wise just ok, I get a nice view of Mekong river. Breakfast: variety not much but just ok you can request staff for additional egg menu. Staff: really friendly and greet you everytime. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who check with you everytime. Improve: although the towel is clean but it looks old and some have light yellowish stain which believes unable to wash out. It visible to naked eye. Which really unpleasant.

I had a very pleasant stay at KVL Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere. The room was well maintained, and everything I needed was available. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the overall service and hospitality. It was a great experience staying here, and I would definitely consider coming back again on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. The rooftop pool area is nice. The view over the city and the skyline, however, is sensational. Overall, the stay was good. We would gladly come back.

I stayed at Okay Boutique Hotel for one night with my family, and overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. The staff were truly superb—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our short stay with the family very easy and pleasant. We also loved the hotel’s ambiance, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was okay with a decent selection, though it could have had a little more variety. Pool area and rooftop bar is amazing at night! For the price, the quality of the room, service, and overall experience was definitely worth it. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Phnom Penh!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The area was very nice and u could walk or take a tuk tuk to move around. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helped me with all my questions and requests. The roof top restaurant had a verity of great and tasty food.

I stayed in room 203 this time and the bed sheets were old and had multiple holes in there. The bath tub also could not be used as the drain trap could not be closed completely. One light was also flickering. This is a departure from another room I used to stay in within the same hotel. So perhaps not all rooms are good and properly maintained. . Another room was much better in condition. Overall, a decent hotel but can do better.

Arrived at Phnom Penh Airport in the early morning, with a connecting flight to Siem Reap in the afternoon. So I found this hotel near the Royal Palace to get some rest, and I could also relax my feet after visiting the palace. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to several attractions. Upon arrival, I felt the room I originally booked didn't have a good view, so I asked the staff to upgrade me to a spacious room with a balcony and a view. Overall, the conditions felt similar to a budget hotel in China. The hygiene was just average, and the facilities and bedding were quite old. Breakfast was not provided.

The front desk staff were very polite and gave a friendly greeting every time I headed out, which made my stay feel safe and secure. Security is good as you need a key card to operate the elevator and enter the room. There was no hair dryer, but perhaps because it was a weekday, the hotel wasn't full and I got a free upgrade. I was so happy to find that both the shower room and the room itself were spacious, and the hot water worked well. Small shampoo and body wash are also provided. Great value for money, highly recommended. To get to the riverside or the night market, taking a tuk-tuk or similar transport works very well.
