Phnom Penh Hotels with Balcony

The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!

Amazing breakfast, fully stocked kitchen comfy beds huge space super comfortable. Didn’t use but the gym and pool were very nice too.

Only stayed 2 nights but was nice enough. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good. Staff very politeand helpful. Quite far from city centre. It says half hour drive but with traffic can take 1hr. Close to airport

The staff is friendly, and the room is clean and located in a quiet area. The room features old-style decor with wooden furniture, which results in a strong smell. Additionally, the air conditioner is very weak.

Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

The room is clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is very nice. It is similar to an executive apartment, but the community is well greened and the environment is very elegant. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, badminton, gym, and mahjong room. It is very friendly to bring children.

The hotel is situated close to the airport, the area around the hotel is filled with places to eat with delicious foods. The hotel is clean and comfy with snacks and multiple room options. The hotel manager was amazing and made my stay much more enjoyable. They organise transport for you as well which avoids dealing with potential scams. Highly recommended !

The location is easy to find. It's very clean and quiet. The hotel also has breakfast, so it's convenient. I think the staff service is very good. The scenery inside the hotel was also pleasant and nice. I think it's a good value for money place.

If you look for a beautiful and quite hotel in Phnom Penh then this is the place. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and with a nice salt water swimming pool. They also have a very nice restaurant on the top floor. Their staff was very friendly and so helpful. Highly recommended
