The location was strategic, room was clean and just enough. The breakfast was good, one thing downside is the view of my room are not ok. And during heavy rain pour, it clearly can hear the rain drop on metal sheet roofing.

The room was clean and had a nice city view from the window. The hotel provided me with two key cards, which was a thoughtful touch for keeping things charged and the room at a comfortable temperature. The facilities aren't luxurious but cover all the essentials. The staff were well-trained, friendly, and polite. The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. The rooftop city view is fantastic; I highly recommend checking it out around sunset.

I recently stayed at LN Residence hotel for 7 nights I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make my check-in smooth, even upgrading my room when they learned it was a special occasion. Throughout my stay, every single employee I interacted with — from housekeeping to the concierge and restaurant staff — was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The receptionist Pralh Sombath was really helpful and was there when we needed help most The manager was really helpful as well and overall staff is just very welcoming . What truly stood out was how personal and thoughtful the service felt. When I mentioned I needed some local recommendations, the concierge not only gave excellent suggestions but also arranged reservations and even printed out a customized map for me. Housekeeping left the room spotless every day with lovely little touches like towel art and fresh flowers. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. But what made this stay truly memorable was the warm, caring service. It felt like they truly wanted me to have the best experience possible. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended LN Residence Hotel to several friends and family. Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. The rooftop pool area is nice. The view over the city and the skyline, however, is sensational. Overall, the stay was good. We would gladly come back.

I had a good stay overall for a fair price, but don't expect luxury. I liked the well-maintained room, the gym and the rooftop pool. However, the hotel charges a $50 deposit and has more prohibition signs than the streets of Singapore, which doesn't feel welcoming. In the room, there was no safety box, which is basic. The usability of the kitchen is limited. Similarly, the washing machine doesn't come with a dryer and there is nothing to hang up your clothes.

The environment is good, breakfast is rich, and the front desk service attitude is excellent. There's no problem communicating in Chinese.

The room is well-equipped with two regular pillows, two extra pillows, tea, coffee, and a safe. You can order room service via a QR code, and your order arrives within five minutes without leaving your room. The restaurant is conveniently located on the ground floor. The night market is also just a five-minute walk away. This place is very convenient for sightseeing and tourism, and the price is affordable.

The location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10. Taxi availability gets a 9/10. For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10. There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness. Cleanliness was a 7/10. Overall, the price was acceptable.

This is our go-to hotel every year. It has that old-world Cambodian charm, and I love that it's so reasonably priced. The hot water works perfectly, and cleanliness is never an issue. There's a cheap laundry service nearby that even offers same-day delivery, which is a huge help. Breakfast from the restaurant with a great view is always a highlight, with plenty of variety to choose from.

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
