Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

If you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

The front desk had a staff member who spoke Chinese, which made check-in super easy. The room was spacious and well-laid out, and it's really close to the subway station! Plus, it's right next to some very upscale residential buildings in Osaka.

Since it’s a newly opened hotel, everything was very clean. Pros: - The best part is that it’s still new and clean. - Washer & dryer in the room! - The bathroom was equipped with a ReFa hair dryer, shampoo, etc. - There is a complimentary coffee machine on the lobby floor, which includes options like cappuccino and decaf. - The room was relatively spacious for a city hotel. Cons: - No coffee in the room (they provide tea bags you can take to your room). - Having the front desk on the 18th floor felt a bit inconvenient. - Housekeeping is only once every 7 days (though towels and trash bags are replaced daily). - The TV turns on automatically every time you enter the room.

The room was spotless and well-organized, featuring a desk and a sofa. The two beds could be pushed together to create more space. My only minor complaint was the limited number of power outlets, which made charging multiple devices at once a bit tricky for a tourist. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of Chinese, Western, and Japanese options. The grilled wagyu beef and steamed abalone with mushrooms were particularly outstanding. I appreciated that the lobby offered complimentary DHC mini facial cleansing sets, which was a thoughtful touch for guests. All the staff members were friendly and polite. For location, simply find the JR Central Exit, then follow the signs to Daimaru department store. Once you've done it once, it's very easy to find. The lower floors of the building house a shopping mall and a food court with a wide array of cuisines, which is popular even with locals. I didn't hear any subway noise at all; the room was very quiet. The hotel's proximity to the JR station made it incredibly convenient for day trips to places like Himeji Castle and Nara.

From the photos provided by the hotel, I thought the room would be small, but after checking in, I found that it was big enough to open four suitcases at the same time, and the bathroom was also spacious with a large bathtub. The lobby has a nice smell, which makes people feel relaxed. The staff is also very friendly and polite. The hotel is very friendly to self-driving tours. There is already a parking lot next to it, and the price of overnight parking is very cost-effective.

The guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient. It's a 30-minute ride on the Nankai Airport Line to Tengachaya Station, followed by a straightforward 30-minute walk. Alternatively, the Yotsubashi Line's Hanazonocho Station is even closer, just under a 5-minute walk across the road and along Hanazonocho Hondori, offering direct access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There's also Shin-Imamiya JR Station, which is a bit further, about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk. Check-in was a breeze; upon arrival, you simply collect your keys from the mailbox in the room to the right of the main entrance. Daily trash disposal is easy – just take your rubbish downstairs to the large bin located to the left inside the gated area. The lobby provides handy supplies like trash bags, fresh towels, and toothbrushes. Room amenities are excellent and the space is ample, which is a big advantage of guesthouses over hotels. There's a microwave, pots, pans, and dishes, so you can buy groceries and prepare simple meals. A washing machine with detergent and a drying rack on the balcony are also provided. Before booking, I was quite concerned about the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive before my trip. I was assigned a third-floor room not facing the train line, and while it was a lower floor, I had read reviews saying rooms on the opposite side were also noisy. However, my personal experience was that there was no sound at all. Even when trains passed, the noise wasn't significant, unless you're an extremely light sleeper who needs absolute quiet. Personally, I don't see it as an issue. For those like us, staying in a room on the opposite side, we didn't hear any track noise at all. Plus, the hotel offers direct views of Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, both about a 30-minute walk away. I even went up to the 9th floor to catch the sunset. Overall, this guesthouse offers great value for money. While it's true there are some homeless people in the area to the right, it still feels very safe and doesn't affect your travel plans. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.

This hotel is super convenient, located near Namba Station. You just cross the famous bridge that everyone visits, and you're at various subway lines, which is why I always stay here when I visit Osaka! There are also plenty of great food options nearby, and a Lawson convenience store right around the corner downstairs. This time, I stayed in room 803, and right outside my door were the ice maker and laundry room. It costs 25 RMB to wash a load of clothes, which takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes – really handy for tourists staying in Japan for several days. Check-in is at 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can store your luggage yourself. The hotel provides daily housekeeping and bottled water. I stayed here this summer for two nights, costing 1052 RMB, and paid an 880 JPY city tax upon arrival! I appreciated the post-payment option after check-in, and booking through Trip.com was very easy!

Spa World Hotel&Resort

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.
