City centre location and in easy walking distance . Book directly with the hotel website. Surprisingly Better pricing. Highly highly reccomended...cant ask for more

The hotel is very welcoming, well-furnished, and well-maintained. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything needed. The staff were professional and efficient. The hotel's free parking is convenient, located right next to the building. Just a few meters away, there's also a metro station for getting to the city center and the shopping mall, as well as the Pinacoteca Agnelli and the Pista 500.

Located right within the scenic area, you can briefly park your car out front. Just make sure to tell the front desk your license plate number for registration, otherwise, you might get a ticket from the police. The main parking lot is a bit of a walk and is public. However, it's super convenient to walk to the attractions and shopping streets. Turin is amazing for shopping, especially for brands like Hermès and Chanel!

Dear Ctrip, if the accommodation is not cleaned, please do not mark it as a ”hotel”. A relatively bad experience. 90% of this bad experience comes from the unprofessional front desk. Let me talk about the more satisfactory part first: it is close to the train station, and it can be reached in ten to fifteen minutes on foot. The facilities are relatively new, there is a coffee machine, a kitchen, and the cooking utensils are very complete, which is very suitable for cooking. The front desk I met on the first day was very friendly and let us check in 40 minutes in advance (early check-in costs 30 euros). The bad part: I came back from get off work the next night and found that the room was not cleaned, so I went down to ask the front desk. The front desk emphasized that we are not a hotel, this is an apartment (we are not a hotel, but an apartment). FINE, so I asked if I could change the towels or take two clean towels, and I got the reply that it would cost 10 euros to change the towels. The sink in the bathroom drains slowly, so I asked the front desk if they could have someone check it out, but was questioned: why didn’t you report this yesterday. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. The front desk was full of logic, and there was no internal friction at all. If there was a problem, it would only be the guest’s problem. Sincerely suggest that Ctrip should not mark it as a hotel, and its own employees also emphasized that it is not a hotel.

It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying ” si si on the table” and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino

The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace! The style is a bit retro but elegant. The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

Loved the hotel, staff was warm and friendly, breakfast was short, sweet and simple. Room service and cleaning was good. Location was convenient as well, transport, shops and city 15 minutes away by public transport. Rooms were good as well and very comfy.

This hotel is simply 10 out of 10, absolutely fabulous from every single point. Congrats to everyone involved for delivering such a great service experience to the guests x

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

I've stayed here several times, and it's one of my go-to hotels whenever I'm on a business trip. Everything is great, except the rooms are a bit dated. The location is good, and they offer free parking. Highly recommend!
