The room would be much better if renovated, but the problem was that other guests were partying with loud Indonesian music until 11:00 PM and started again to party the next morning at 6:00 AM!"

THE BEST TIME ! The villa is homey so even though the road access is quite good, it can be paid with the atmosphere of the villa is comfortable, clean and quiet
Not to mention the facilities, complete kitchen and top-notch amenities

KKemal PrabowoMy stay at JSI Resort for a work event was extremely satisfying. The location is perfect for corporate activities – secluded from the city's hustle and bustle, yet still easily accessible. The tranquil atmosphere and cool air are highly conducive to focusing on meetings and team-building activities.
The meeting room facilities were excellent: clean, well-maintained, with comprehensive presentation equipment and stable Wi-Fi connectivity. The resort staff were also highly professional and cooperative, ensuring our event ran smoothly from start to finish.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for resting after packed activity sessions. The outdoor spaces and off-road amenities were an added bonus for team bonding activities.
Overall, JSI Resort is an ideal choice for corporate events, training sessions, and company gatherings. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

The service was also excellent, and all the staff had a ready smile. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's a very child-friendly hotel. Highly, highly recommended!

EEleasha ChanCheck in was smooth. Nothing much of amenities except a swimming pool. Breakfast not much of varieties as most of the food were cold except the omelette section. I just do not know why they dont cover the food even after seeing flies flying around & do take note that the breakfast area is not air-conditioned. The one it surprised me was the fact that they let people swim even though it was raining heavily. Room amenities are also basic EXCEPT the liquid soap & shampoo were not replenished & the bottles were empty ! Either so many hotels nearby, this will be my 1st & last.

Parking is circling, even though there are still many empty ones, but covered with cones.
The receptionist is rude, and after breakfast, the room can no longer be accessed, even though it is still far from check out time, so you have to go downstairs again to ask for access, and there is no explanation or apology from the receptionist.
For the restaurant, the service is good, and the food is delicious.
