BBiyanThe rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better.
The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added.
For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited.
The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

KKevinzaiyinniThis hotel is nestled in the mountains of Bogor, offering comfortable temperatures and lush greenery throughout the property. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the breakfast spread is diverse, making it an excellent choice for families with children. There are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, and the staff are warm and attentive. My only minor complaint is that I stayed in Building One (Gedung Agung), and it seems a mosque was not too far away. I was woken up around 4 AM by the mosque's loud speaker and it lasted until about 4:30 AM before I could go back to sleep.

CCatherineThe hotel is nice, location is good, the weather is great. The gym, unfortunately was said under maintenance but no work is ongoing. The breakfast is so so, Japanese soup is not Japanese at all. Other food is not on point. The staff is friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathroom space and cozy terrace to lay back and watch the pool view. The pool is the main attraction, it stretches midway between two curving blocks of rooms, looks refreshing and clean. The restaurant is not big, but not small either, the food is quite decent, they serve the usual breakfast options like, fried rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, cereals, soto, pastries, toasts, porridges, Indomie, salad and fruits. It's a convenient hotel for family staycation. I may return here when I have the chance.

1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations.
2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor.
3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate.
4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels.
Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard.
I hope they can make significant improvements in the future.

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

GGuest UserPretty good! The environment is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete. It has a very Indonesian feel to it! The outdoor swimming pool is quite unique and different from typical hotels, and there's also a sports field. Plus, you can play golf.

Entering from the lower gate, no one was guarding it at all, I went into the restaurant but still didn't see anyone at all, finally found the lobby, entered from the other gate, apparently, the receptionist gave me the wrong room, but after checking again, finally I was there. gave me the room according to my order, the lady was also very friendly. The gardens here are nice, everything is well maintained, good for photo spots, the rooms are quite clean and spacious so it's good for many people, but around the rooms the terrace is dirty, the air conditioning disposal is not in the right place so it makes the terrace muddy, the place is very spacious but there are only a few staff , it seems like savings because only my family and I stayed that night, so it was quiet and creepy at night. In the description of the facilities it says there are table tennis and billiards but it turns out they are all damaged, so the only public facilities are a swimming pool, but unfortunately it's not clean, the water filter isn't running either, it was just cleaned in the morning but it's not clean and there's still a lot of dirt floating around. . Over all, I like staying here, the facilities are just lacking, hopefully the next time I come here the billiards tables will be repaired.
