The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the room could be better, as we noticed a few details that needed more attention. The TV in the room also felt a bit small compared to the room size and could be upgraded for a more comfortable viewing experience. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back, especially because the kids had such a wonderful time."

Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay. The hotel staff is friendly, except for reception staff that need to be improved to keep hospitality as a resort should be."

"One of a kind experience, the road coming there was a little rough, and we had to go through a very narrow road. The parking area was a bit sketchy but well-coordinated. The environment, the overall vibe, and facilities were amazing however, I think it'd be best to have more than one staff that handle the reception. When we came there at around 6.30 pm, the receptionist was gone and we were waiting in the dark and uncertainty for 20 minutes until the 'host' helped us with our luggage and showing us to our cabin. The cabin was clean, good storage space, have hot water, beautiful smart-facilities. In the morning, we were greeted with a warm jamu service, the high canopies and green surrounding environment made an overall fun and zen environment that anyone can enjoy. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here at least once and it is a good experience if you want to escape from all the hustle and bustle of city life."

Huge thanks to its staff especially to Novi and Olif and the guy at the reception desk (I forgot to ask for his name) when I checked in at 2 o'clock in the morning on June 16. Terima kasih!"
