This is genuinely the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to the Northwest. I found out about it last year when I was planning my trip and saw it highly recommended by many users on Xiaohongshu. At the time, I wondered if it could really be that good, thinking it might just be a paid advertisement because the descriptions were so glowing. But after staying here, I realized it wasn't an ad at all – it really is that amazing. So much so that later, when we went to other places, my friends often compared other hotels to this one, saying this one was still better (and we even stayed in more expensive hotels on the trip, so please don't argue that it's just about the price, thanks). First off, they offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which you just need to book in advance – and it's free! Secondly, the service attitude is absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, through check-in, and until I checked out, they always helped me with my luggage. My bags were seriously heavy, so I was incredibly happy about that! What's more, the hotel provides free laundry service. The best part is that they'll come to your room to pick up your laundry and then deliver it back to you once it's done. Finally, no more staring at the washing machine and trying to time when to go get my clothes! I'd come back in the evening to find my clothes clean and even a fruit platter waiting for me on the table! In the evenings, they offer complimentary milk or dessert; you just need to call the front desk if you want it. The room also has a foot-soaking tub, complete with bath salts and hot water, which is incredibly thoughtful. Finally, when I checked out, I mentioned I needed an invoice. I actually forgot about it later, but then the hotel called me to ask if I still needed one! Oh my goodness, it's the first time I've encountered such an amazing hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time!!!

We were on a road trip through Zhangye, and a friend recommended this hotel. Apparently, it was renovated and upgraded again this year. The stay was really pleasant; I loved the room's style, and the toiletries smelled great. Most importantly, the location is super convenient—it's a short walk to the Giant Buddha Temple and Ganzhou Market.

The room was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and even a bathtub. The facilities were new and the hygiene was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the faucet was a bit noisy. They provided thoughtful amenities like a bathtub liner, toilet seat cover, and toilet disinfectant wipes. After a long day out, you could even request a foot bath basin and mugwort packs for a relaxing foot soak. Yogurt and fruit were delivered to the room every day. The front desk offered water, povidone-iodine, band-aids, and a sewing kit, among other small essentials. The service was excellent, and they didn't ask for a positive review at check-out.

It was a very modern hotel, with clean and spacious room. Equipment was sufficient and much use of energy saving device in the whole hotel by use of sensors. Hotel staff on seeing guests at lift entrance will greet them. At check out, the duty manager also politely greeted us goodbye and brought our two luggage to waiting taxi and wish us a present trip. A senior staff on duty suggested an eatery when asked for recommendation where locals will eat, and I ended eating there everyday. Security was good and we always felt safe. They also came to room to offer special brewed tea in the evening. A very personal gesture.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a high-quality rest. The front desk service was warm and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. The staff were gentle and polite, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The hygiene, facilities, and service were all top-notch, offering great value for money. It's an excellent choice for any trip, and I'll prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Capital Holiday Hotel during my two-day trip to Zhangye. The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and had excellent service. The staff at the hotel delivered the takeaway food I ordered to my room door, and parking was also convenient.

The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a full, peaceful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The hot water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly and were very stable. It offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again if I'm ever in the area. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

My family of three made the right choice for this hotel. As soon as the car pulled up, the staff greeted us and took our luggage, which was incredibly reassuring. The housekeeper, mindful of our child, provided slippers, toiletries, and a small toy, which the child loved. The service was personalized, and the room was comfortable, bright, and clean. It felt comfortable for our family of three. The attentiveness was evident in every detail, especially the care provided for families with children. I hope this continues and I'll be back.

For example, the sockets in the guest rooms are reasonably located, which is convenient for guests to charge and use electronic devices; all kinds of necessary equipment for a four-star hotel are available, the room items are very comprehensive, and a midnight snack plate is also provided, which is really thoughtful! The signs in the public areas are clear and concise, allowing guests to easily find where they want to go; at the same time, the hotel also provides 24-hour room butler service and luggage storage service, which provides great convenience for guests' travel. The sanitation service environment is quite good, relatively convenient, and quiet, and you can sleep well. In short, this is a very satisfactory accommodation experience. A family that provides service with heart!

Parking is free, and laundry facilities are convenient, making it suitable for both short and long stays, especially for those traveling by car. It's also close to the night market, offering a fantastic selection of characteristic BBQ for dinner. Areas for improvement: the air conditioning was a bit weak, and the shower water pressure was insufficient. I suggest the owner checks the equipment; fixing these would definitely elevate the guest experience.
