The newly opened hotel has a garden view, a strong sense of design and a nice night view. It is the first time I have found such a hotel in my trip to the northwest. The room facilities are high-end and the bedding is very comfortable. The service was attentive, a housekeeper called in advance, and the front desk was quick and enthusiastic. The hotel has a stone painting activity using Black River stones. My grandson really enjoyed it and painted a piece to take home. The western-style meal set for children in the restaurant on the first floor is very good and worth trying. It is worthy of being the number one family-friendly hotel. I will definitely experience it again when I go to Zhangye next time.

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

GGlynI can't praise Qiao Hongli and the family enough for their welcome and support. The lady of the house walked me to the West Gate entrance to the Rainbow Mountains. The hotel then organised tickets to 2 night shows and the Binggou Danxia. Perhaps the highlight was a tour of the Extraterrestrial Canyon, which Hongli took me on. He took concern for my aged knees! The many kindnesses which Hongli and his family showed to me made it a wonderful 3 day trip. Xiexie.

Enter the hotel lobby. It really feels too refined. The hotel is managed by the owner and his wife. But the hotel's facilities have reached a four-star level. We arrived at noon. Ordered immediately. When we finished cleaning up the room. The landlady delivered the dishes to the room. It really moved me. The location of the hotel is very good. At the west gate of the scenic spot. It takes ten minutes to walk to the scenic spot. The key is that eating in the hotel is very convenient. The stir-fried dishes taste great. Buffet for breakfast. When leaving. Its hand-pulled lamb is delicious and the portion is large. The two of us ordered a pound and couldn't finish it. The boss's small vegetable garden is thriving with various plants. The hotel is located in the Matisi Temple Scenic Area and has a unique location. This is the main reason why we chose to stay. The boss is a local, warm and hospitable, and always meets our needs in a timely manner. The hotel has complete facilities and the rooms are clean and tidy. Especially when we fall asleep at night, it is quiet and peaceful, which can relieve our fatigue from the day. I was going to stay for a day, but after I arrived at the hotel, I found that the hotel was very comfortable, the room was very clean, the hotel was very close to the scenic spot, and the surrounding environment was also very good. I simply took a break and continued for another day. Across the road is a large sunflower. The small courtyard has planted a lot of flowers and plants. The vegetables grown by the boss himself also told us what to eat and picked it by himself, which made people feel very warm. We took the puppy and the boss wife was very friendly. The bath water in the room is very comfortable. Sleeping at night is quite quiet. The next day we were going to Danxia Scenic Area. The boss was very good and took the initiative to tell us what food included in the local scenic area. When we left the hotel, the boss came over and gave me a bag of fruits picked up by their own fruit tree, plums, peaches, and apricots. Very good accommodation experience, I will choose his home when I come to play in the future!
