The hotel is newly built, the facilities are new and clean, it is a good choice in the suburbs 👍, the staff are warm and courteous, there are oil stations, supermarkets, restaurants nearby, very close to Fenglinxiao Town and Dongtian Wonderland, suitable for self-driving tours, but for free travel and do not understand the driver, it is quite difficult to play. Fortunately, the staff at the hotel reception desk enthusiastically helped to solve the traffic problem smoothly. The twin room we booked was specially arranged, the background landscape mural atmosphere was full, the bedding was soft and tidy, the space was spacious and bright, the bathroom was dry and wet, the glass door and the ground were all warm reminders, the details were full of intimate, and the living was at ease and relaxed. The scenery around the homestay is even more amazing! A large lotus pond is spread at the foot of the green mountain, the blue sky and white clouds are lined with pink and white lotus flowers, and a shot is a healing landscape painting; Not far from there are ladders and streams, flowing water layer by layer, stepping on the cold stream, full of green eyes, fresh mountain and forest air, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious and decent, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The views, however, were absolutely stunning! We had dinner at the hotel; the price was reasonable, but the taste was rather plain, reminiscent of simple home-cooked food. On the bright side, the breakfast soy milk was delicious, and the fruit quality was excellent. This place is truly perfect for unwinding and contemplation; it's very therapeutic. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve-wracking the first time, as we drove slowly, cautious of oncoming cars. By the time we drove back down, we'd adapted and felt much more comfortable. It rained throughout our two-day stay, but enjoying the rainy scenery was actually quite pleasant. We'd love to come back when the weather is clear to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, we couldn't make use of the complimentary scenic area tickets.

我是前兩天刷到小視頻看到峯境野奢度假酒店這裏環境優美，很有特色，今年剛剛新開業不久，我立馬就安排起來，我在去的路上就加了前台小妹的微信，一直了解房型，小妹也發了很多房型給我看，叫我早點下單，遲了怕沒好的房型，我也在網上看到了評論説房間味道很大，所以路上沒有下單，想去到現場看了喜歡那種房型再定，4點多就到了前台，立馬諮詢前台小妹，前台小妹很有禮貌的打開電腦給我看視頻裏的房型，我説在路上我已看過了視頻，我想進去現場看了就定，前台小妹説好的，你稍等一下，我看有沒有司機在，回來時説有三個司機在，小妹就向所謂的主管説，主管説不可以，衹能看視頻訂，我再要求小妹和主管説一下我讓我進去看了房型立馬訂，我在路上已經選好了兩種，是船屋和巢居，主管還是説不行！我和小妹説要不我現在馬上網上定了船屋，然後給我進去現場看二選一可以嗎？小妹有點無奈的再次去問主管，主管説還是不可以去看，訂什麼就住什麼，唉這是什麼服務態度呀，什麼是顧客至上呢？準備想離開去別家酒時，我再次向小妹説讓她幫我找經理申請一下看行不行，小妹也很配合去找經理，正好經理不在，後來另外一位前台小妹叫她直接打電話給經理，打了電話給經理，經理立馬説可以，司機很有禮貌的搭我去看房型，看了兩個房型最後還是選擇了自己訂的船屋，為什麼我要這麼詳細的評論出來呢？是因為那個所謂的主管真的不懂服務不懂管理業務能力，長相差服務態度差，這樣的人也能升為主管，古言道：相由心生，這麼好的酒店應該找經驗豐富又有智慧的管理者，才配得上這麼好的酒店，這次度假體驗其他都非常棒，就是唯有圖一的所謂主管真的要換了或者培訓過關了才能上崗。❤希望這家酒店的老總和股東們看到👀
