GGuest UserStrangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options. What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThis hotel stay was great! I'm planning on extending my stay for another night. Good products like this should definitely be seen by more guests. The decor is grand and stylish, and the front desk service is very welcoming. At an average price of 200-300, it offers excellent value for money in Yichang. The staff kindly upgraded my room and arranged for a room with a bathtub. The facilities are complete, and the toiletries are also very good.

GGuest UserWe choose this hotel because it’s close to the East Railway station. It’s within walking distance of about 10mins from hotel. Turn left from hotel entrance and walk straight until you reach the underground tunnel to cross the main road to the train station. It’s a bit challenging to go down the tunnel staircase if you have heavy luggage. A lot of eateries around hotel.

GGuest UserQuite suitable for couples or children to play, the place is very big and the air is very good. The room was clean, and I said in advance that I needed a bed fence. The staff came to install it after I checked in. The second floor is a bit noisy (the frog is loud), and the communication is also quickly changed to the floor Giraffe restaurant is very, very good, the staff is warm, the meal is delicious, the dinner is particularly large The beef noodles for breakfast and bacon are recommended for grains. Most importantly, we can have breakfast with the giraffe.

GGuest UserAll great! We had a beautiful river view room. This hotel is close to where we checked in for our River Cruise. Across the road in front of the hotel is the majestic Yangtze River (aka Changjiang) and a very long park along the river, where we rode our rented bikes for over an hour without reaching either end. I also saw locals swim in this very clean river. So I joined them for a good swim. Fantastic! The staff were very nice and helpful. On our first day, the cleaner left us a welcome note, and also reminded us about the weather and wish us a pleasant stay. Very nice!

Due to the adjustment of business hours and early check-out, the front desk staff carefully guided and explained, the service is really in place. The environment is very good: the air here is extremely fresh, very suitable for a leisurely stay for a few days, surrounded by mountains and rivers, clouds and mist, beautiful like a fairyland. The sanitation is very clean: the rooms are cleaned very clean. Complete facilities: The room is fully equipped and the living is very warm. This time I couldn't stay here because of a business trip. I will definitely come back next time. I will stay in the hotel for a few more days and breathe the fresh air here! Really superb service, superb scenery! 👍👍
