My recent stay was absolutely terrible. Multiple facilities in the room were damaged and clearly hadn't been maintained in a long time, posing safety risks. Although staff responded promptly to my repair request, their solution wasn't effective, and the issue remained unresolved. I reluctantly endured one night, but the phone was completely out of order, making it impossible to contact the front desk. My impression and trust in this hotel have significantly plummeted. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. The only minor issue is that the hot water supply is a bit unstable. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic and parking is convenient. The hotel management team is very diligent in handling issues, and the bedding is comfortable!

The room was quite spacious, and the facilities and hotel breakfast were decent. The location is good too, just a few kilometers from Grape Valley and Karez Well. There's a small park right across the street, perfect for a stroll. Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, which is very convenient. The ground-level parking lot is large, making parking a breeze. My only personal dislike was the hotel's decor style, but overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Xiao Pa and Xiao Re provided excellent service and are highly recommended. The airport pick-up service was great. The hygiene was excellent, the environment was great, and the service was outstanding.

Excellent stay! The front desk staff was wonderfully warm, polite, and generous. I'd mentioned it was our honeymoon, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location is great too, convenient for getting to Grape Valley and Junwangfu Palace. A truly pleasant trip! The only hiccup was that I left my sunglasses at the hotel and had to go back for them, haha. Thanks again to the front desk for their help!

The hotel's facilities are decent for the local area, but there were a few things I wasn't happy with. Firstly, the bathroom drain was constantly overflowing. Secondly, for such a hot location, there was no refrigerator in the room. Thirdly, I even saw flies buzzing around the food at breakfast. On the positive side, the bedding in the room was comfortable for sleeping.

Traveling through Gansu and Xinjiang this time, I've noticed that hotels serving breakfast until 11 AM truly show their dedication. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they have an underground parking garage, which is great for escaping the wind and sand while staying cool. There are many restaurants and BBQ places downstairs. Across the street is an artificial lake, perfect for a morning run. If you head south from there, you'll reach grape trellises where locals sell fresh fruits and vegetables. I bought some 'Xiaobai' apricots, which were incredibly sweet and only eight yuan per kilogram.

Overall, a great hotel experience. The environment was clean and tidy, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

The room was spacious, the facilities were brand new, and the environment was pleasant. The service was decent, and the breakfast selection was quite varied. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on, and having four bottles of reliable brand-name purified water was a nice touch, enough for drinking.
