The next morning at 8 AM, they called and asked us to come downstairs to show our ID cards, probably because of a police requirement. The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this). You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night! I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time.
