"This hotel boasts an excellent location. The lobby is modern and minimalist, clean, bright, and very tasteful. Kylin and Megan at the front desk were efficient, warm, and courteous. They even proactively offered recommendations for local dining and transportation. The guest rooms are spacious, and the bedding is soft yet supportive. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of the city lights. My stay happened to be during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and they even presented me with mooncakes and a handwritten welcome card, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"

It's really inconvenient for cars trying to get in and out, as you're either blocking someone or getting blocked. After a tiring day of travel, all you want to do is sleep in, but then the front desk calls you early in the morning to move your car... Super annoying."

"The room was a normal size, a light luxury option at 30+ square meters, but it didn't feel spacious. It had a smart toilet. The front desk offered a free upgrade, but the fourth floor was fully booked. Overall, the stay was not a good experience.
The pool had children's swimming lessons on weekends, so it was crowded in the afternoon. There were no lockers, towels, or toiletries. Considering it was a vacation, it was fine; it wasn't exactly a resort hotel.
The most unbearable thing was the lack of hot water for showering in the evening. While the tub was running hot, the showerhead wasn't. Once the tub was half full, the showerhead ran out of hot water. Fortunately, I didn't apply shampoo to my hair.
The next morning, I asked the front desk to change the towels. Normally, both the bath towels and the bath towels would be changed. Upon returning to the room, they only changed the bath towels. The other damp bath towels were left untouched.
The breakfast at a four-star hotel was inferior to that of a similarly priced budget chain hotel. For a 400 yuan per night hotel in Shangluo, there were no snacks, only a small amount of fruit, and no milk or bread. I was satisfied with the fried rice. There was a special hot and sour noodle dish, but it was average."

Hotel-class B&B. The room was very clean, the equipment and furniture were very new, and the building was quite new. The boss was very enthusiastic. The beautiful big bed forgot to take photos, and the new sheets were covered with a rose. The things in the bathroom are all available, and the most impressive is clean, exquisite and thoughtful. Breakfast is also simple and clean, the dishes taste refreshing, and the knife is exquisite. The sofa in the public living room is comfortable and spacious, with a hanging basket and two lift dryers, and it is no problem to live for a few more days.

vivioyehOne of the most bizarre hotels I've ever stayed in. Right after check-in, the front desk repeatedly told us that as foreign nationals, we could only stay one day, repeating this several times. After showering and picking up a towel, I noticed a strange smell. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was due to a leak under the sink. I contacted the front desk, and their phone was incredibly sticky. I spoke to them on speakerphone, and they immediately arranged for staff to come. Later, they offered to change our room, but only to a room at the far end of the east side. We were worried about the heat, so we declined. In short, my stay was extremely unpleasant. The next morning at 8 AM, they called and asked us to come downstairs to show our ID cards, probably because of a police requirement. I happened to run into a manager and told him about my poor experience. His conclusion was to blame housekeeping. I believe the problem stems from staff shortages. The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this). Frontline staff only have one life and two hands; how can they be expected to perform the work of three people? Please reflect on this. Thank you.

Environment: The hotel's setting is truly remarkable. Nestled against a hillside, it's located within a tourist resort area. Midway up the mountain, there's a winery and a library to explore. Opening the balcony door in the morning, listening to the birds singing and breathing in the fresh air was truly relaxing. I took my children for a stroll around the hotel both morning and evening, which was truly enjoyable.
Service: Both the front desk staff and the floor attendants were very welcoming. I'd definitely stay at Jinshan again if I had the chance.
A 187ml bottle of Anseman red wine: We received two small bottles, which my husband and I finished that evening. It was slightly sweet and had a relatively smooth flavor. It was quite good. 👍🏻

Guest UserThe hotel rooms are quite spacious and clean. It's a half-hour drive from the Jinshixia Scenic Area, and parking is convenient. It's very quiet at night, and the hotel offers laundry and drying services, which is very convenient. There's also the Chuangwangzhai Scenic Area nearby, with incredibly beautiful scenery, especially the stunning autumn foliage. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get to various places. The hotel front desk staff are also very welcoming; any problems can generally be resolved by contacting them.

I still like the style of this hotel very much. It is retro Tang style. The murals are beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable. The facilities and equipment are also very detailed. For example, the mosquito repellent liquid and the towels and bedding in the bathroom are very clean and white. The room is very comfortable in summer. It's great to have a refrigerator, which can keep drinks cold. The hotel's Internet speed is very good, and Xiaodu is also very fun, so you can chat. The overall feeling is very good, and it is worth recommending!

The rooms are very clean, all things are working well. hot shower, very very cosy and clean beds.
I will definitely come again amd bring my guests there,as this hotel is now my number one in Shangluo.
There's a local food street and several big supermarkets just around the corner, very convenient location.

I have been planting grass on the west slope for a while. It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha.
The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason.
The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night!
I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

There are residential areas, snack shops, and the Huaxi Lane scenic area nearby, which is worth exploring in the evening. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are good. The environment is clean, the linens are clean, but the bathroom water temperature is low. However, it's important to note that there is a construction site nearby, starting work at 8:00 AM, making one side of the twin room unsuitable for late risers. This booking includes a late check-out policy of 2:00 PM. I intended to take a nap after lunch, but someone rang the doorbell once around 1:00 PM and again just after 1:00 PM. Please respect this service and do not disturb guests before check-out time.
