VvivioyehOne of the most bizarre hotels I've ever stayed in. Right after check-in, the front desk repeatedly told us that as foreign nationals, we could only stay one day, repeating this several times. After showering and picking up a towel, I noticed a strange smell. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was due to a leak under the sink. I contacted the front desk, and their phone was incredibly sticky. I spoke to them on speakerphone, and they immediately arranged for staff to come. Later, they offered to change our room, but only to a room at the far end of the east side. We were worried about the heat, so we declined. In short, my stay was extremely unpleasant. The next morning at 8 AM, they called and asked us to come downstairs to show our ID cards, probably because of a police requirement. I happened to run into a manager and told him about my poor experience. His conclusion was to blame housekeeping. I believe the problem stems from staff shortages. The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this). Frontline staff only have one life and two hands; how can they be expected to perform the work of three people? Please reflect on this. Thank you.

AAihejiudezhubaobeiThe room was nice, the breakfast was OK, but parking was a hassle. There's no parking lot at the hotel entrance, so you have to park in a yard about 50 meters away. The yard was full of people, including trucks. It took me over half an hour to get my car out in the morning. Sigh! Be careful if you drive.

GGuest UserOur family trip departed from Xi'an at 3 PM for Jinsi Gorge. We wanted a nice place to stay the day before, so we stopped by Dihua Ancient Town. We were so disappointed with the town's run-down state that we were completely devastated! Since there were many B&Bs near Jinsi Gorge, and we were worried about mosquito bites with our children, we decided to stay at this Danfeng hotel. The moment we opened the door, our mood brightened. The following photos were all taken by me at 7 AM! The hotel facilities were excellent, clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. It's a truly worthwhile garden-style hotel!

I have been planting grass on the west slope for a while. It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha.
The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason.
The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night!
I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

酒店的衞生狀況無可挑剔，每個角落都一塵不染，讓人住得十分安心。環境靜謐優雅，窗外景色宜人，與金台山文化旅遊區的氛圍完美融合，讓人身心放鬆。前台及客房服務人員都熱情周到，響應迅速，有求必應，讓人倍感温暖。酒店設施齊全且維護良好，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，都能滿足需求。
總而言之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務都堪稱一流。強烈推薦給所有來鎮安旅遊或出差的朋友，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！

When my family asked a question, one pretended not to hear it, and the other said something in a bad mood for a long time. It was really speechless. Generally, the waiters and front desk staff are older, and the attitude may be related to age. Living on the fourth floor with a rooftop, when some guests were eating and drinking on the rooftop at around 11 o'clock in the evening, the children were shouting in the corridor. When the adults returned to the room after eating at 11 o'clock, they also talked and laughed loudly. They are a group of people with no quality. They think they are superior when they go out to travel, and they don't pay attention to their personal quality. The hotel's hygiene and environment are not bad. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is enough and has its own characteristics.

GGuest UserIt feels very good. It is a very good hotel in Zhenan with good value for money. The room was very clean, and the facilities and equipment were complete. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, especially Manager Huang in the lobby. The service was considerate and thoughtful. She introduced me to local specialties, tourist attractions, and helped me book a taxi in advance. Thank you very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also great, the cold dishes are very refreshing, and the overall taste is good. It is a pleasant stay experience, and I will stay here in the future!

It's very quiet at night, and the hotel offers laundry and drying services, which is very convenient. There's also the Chuangwangzhai Scenic Area nearby, with incredibly beautiful scenery, especially the stunning autumn foliage. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get to various places. The hotel front desk staff are also very welcoming; any problems can generally be resolved by contacting them.

GGuest UserThe overall environment of Tianlu Hotel in Shangnan County has been widely praised, but the quality of breakfast has become an obvious shortcoming in the guests' experience. In terms of the environment, the hotel is located on the southwest side of Shangnan Cultural Square, with convenient surrounding transportation and a garden-style design. The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with independent balconies. Some room types offer quiet garden or mountain views. When checking in, you can also walk through the corridor to experience the courtyard landscape. The overall atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has complete facilities, including a spa, gym, tennis courts, etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided in public areas, which is suitable for self-driving tourists or business people to relax.
However, the breakfast experience has been repeatedly criticized. Although the hotel advertises that it has a rich breakfast variety, actual guests reported that the dishes were monotonous and in short supply, especially during peak hours (such as after 8 o'clock) where there might be ”leftovers”. One guest even mentioned that ”there was not much left when we arrived at 8:40”. The breakfast content was evaluated as ”not refined enough”, which was inconsistent with the hotel's four-star positioning, and the buffet at 30 yuan per person was not cost-effective. In addition, there are problems with service details. For example, some guests believe that the attitude of the front desk staff is not professional enough and does not match the hotel's high-end image.
