GGuest UserOverall, it was good, but I have two main points to raise. First, the shower gel dispenser in my room ran out after just two pumps, and I was already in the shower so I couldn't call for more. Second, the young lady at the front desk provided excellent service, but the security guard was completely oblivious. I saw him engrossed in his phone multiple times while I was coming and going. I don't understand why the boss would hire someone like that. Of course, I don't know why it bothered me so much, as it didn't really affect me, but I just can't stand employees who slack off. The breakfast tasted good, but the quantity was just average.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the soundproofing was also very good, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out were very fast, the room had no smell, and there were questions and patiently answered. Convenient location, convenient for eating and traveling around. The overall price is super high, I will choose this one next time, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady cleaned it very well! Bathing was also very convenient. The whole house was intelligent. Very good! The lunch buffet was also very good! The room was not originally included in the booking. But they gave us breakfast coupons, which was very good. There were also many varieties of breakfast! Great! There is a gym on the 15th floor, with automatic washing machines and drying. Very good!

GGuest UserThis is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

AAnonymous UserThis was my first time in Karamay, and right from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by the warm hospitality of the staff, who always greeted me with a smile. The lobby was impeccably clean and well-maintained, truly reflecting its status as a grand hotel, and it left a perfect first impression. My room was equally spotless, and the view was stunning. Before checking out at midday, I had lunch at the hotel restaurant. The noodles were fantastic – perfectly al dente, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Every single staff member, including the housekeeping team, greeted me warmly whenever we met. I truly felt the renowned hospitality of Xinjiang. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karamay; it offers a truly unique and charming experience.

GGuest UserA little worse than expected. The building + swimming pool looks great in photos. However, the price of 500 is not bad in the Devil City area. Wuzhen in the west is a resort model, but it has yet to be developed, and the food and drink are not yet perfect. The waiters are very good, proactive and friendly in solving problems. But there are really few people and it’s super quiet. Those who come to Devil City can stay one night to experience it. We took pictures of the beautiful starry sky, and the air was very good when we woke up in the morning.
