Karamay Hotels with Gym

When checking in to this hotel, the security guard at the door took the initiative to open the door and greet us. The handsome receptionist Wang Rui at the front desk was quick and friendly. He also upgraded our room. I was so happy. The security guard helped me take my luggage to the elevator. The guest room was really clean and upscale. The smart toilet was great. The bath water was great. The water temperature was right and the water flowed smoothly. It was a five-star rating. It was a really happy day. I will come again next time and stay in this hotel again.

This is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

Facilities: All facilities are complete. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spotless. Environment: The hotel is in a separate building, the surrounding environment is quiet, and it's convenient for getting around. Service: The hotel offers free breakfast, which is served for a long time and is very good. Special commendation to the hotel front desk manager on duty. After I checked out and found my braces in the room, the front desk quickly contacted relevant personnel to help find them. Once found, they immediately contacted me to offer a solution. When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. They also made a record of the lost item. I am very grateful to the hotel for their responsible handling of lost items.

I arrived at the hotel between 2 and 3 AM due to some reasons. The next day, breakfast was already over by 10 AM. Thankfully, the service was good; they found me a few eggs, two bags of milk, and some congee to get by. There didn't seem to be many dining options around the hotel. This hotel was just a transit stop for our trip, arriving in the middle of the night and leaving in a hurry in the morning, so I might not be able to give a full review. However, it seems to be a standard hotel with good management, and the value for money is really excellent. It's definitely worth it for travelers who need a layover. I was too rushed to take any photos.

The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

Very satisfied, perfect for a family trip. There's also a fruit shop next door where you can buy delicious Xinjiang fruits. The only downside is that the breakfast selection isn't very extensive.

We are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from the Ghost City. The architecture is unique and exotic, making for great photos. Breakfast is from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM; it's best to go during off-peak times as it can get crowded. The complimentary souvenir provided by the hotel has a nice Xinjiang local flair, and the welcome fruit was delicious.

Must give full praise! The whole experience from check-in to check-out is particularly comfortable, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in efficiency is very high. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and I slept until dawn. Convenient location and complete surrounding facilities. The overall price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is extremely superior, the surrounding living facilities are complete, whether it is dining, shopping or leisure, it takes a few steps to reach. The beds in the room are soft and comfortable, so that I have a sweet sleep at night. The hotel management staff is warm and thoughtful, the front desk lady is very cute, the check-in is also very fast, the breakfast is very rich, delicious, the fruit is very fresh, the freshly ground coffee is delicious, especially like this taste, 😍 The hotel staff learned that I am a tourist. I also recommended many niche and interesting attractions for me, and helped me plan a detailed itinerary. It was really intimate. I will choose to stay at this hotel next time I come to Dushanzi.
