My boyfriend and I came to Kaili and stayed at the Stone Hotel. I had seen some reviews mentioning that the air conditioning and soundproofing were just okay, so I was a bit hesitant about booking. However, I also read about their excellent service, so I decided to give it a try. Our stay was absolutely fine, no issues at all. The air conditioning was quiet, and the room was quite peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for couples. The hotel front desk even recommended a local sour fish soup restaurant nearby, and it was delicious! In the evenings, we could also go out for some beer and BBQ, haha… What I liked most was the 4 PM checkout time – perfect for someone like me who loves to sleep in!

The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

The hotel has a great environment and is very convenient whether you drive or take a taxi. There is free parking, and it's very close to the city center. There are restaurants downstairs, and the receptionist was very patient in recommending local good food. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, with a particularly soft bed that I slept very well. The breakfast was also delicious and great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in Dashizi, making transportation very convenient. You can easily hail a taxi to Xianglu Mountain early in the morning, and on a clear day you can see the sunrise – it's even better if you go with a companion! The rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities; the toilet comes with a seat cover, and even a sewing kit is provided for emergencies. If you're too tired to leave the hotel, you can eat in the restaurant. Condiments are provided on each table when you need more ingredients for breakfast. For those wanting to experience local life, you can visit Kaili's No. 1 and No. 2 shopping malls, which have a vibrant, lively atmosphere. There's a night market street right near the hotel, within walking distance. The receptionist, number 22, was very patient and gave us some helpful suggestions for sightseeing, which was great, so we extended our stay for two more nights.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price.

When checking in, I also talked to other staff at the same time and said that the car waited and asked the staff to help stop because the parking lot was too narrow for the guests to stop. Then it seemed to be finished, but the front desk was calling again. The room card and ID card were gone. I immediately gave it to me, and then I didn’t tell the number of floors. I didn’t explain the time of the breakfast. (Caused me to miss breakfast the next morning! Or call the front desk in the morning to ask the end time result 9: 30 is over. It's a bit early). After the front desk returned to God, I gave the room card and ID card, and then we went up with our luggage. Summary: The whole process at the front desk was not very enthusiastic and too flat. I didn't explain the specific time node to the guests, which caused me to miss breakfast! Then the room faces the street, and the hum of the car passing by can still be heard when the window is closed. Although the sound does not affect sleep. It is relatively not so quiet. That's it, I hope the hotel will strengthen management.

The lobby is large, the visual effect is very good, not depressed at all, the lobby is observed in the check-in, the color matching gives people a good visual effect, very elegant, the hotel floor is very high, the waiter opened the room for me on the 21st floor, the high-rise floor-to-ceiling windows sit on the open high-altitude city view, the view is excellent. The room is equipped with AI voice intelligent guest control, and the voice control lighting curtains are very convenient. The mattress is moderately firm and soft at night, and the sleep aid effect is very good. For me, who sleeps badly, and often wakes up at night is a gospel. The room facilities are brand new and complete. The front desk service is warm and intimate. I recommend local food very carefully. The travel and accommodation experience is full. I will have the opportunity to come to Carey in the future. I will still choose this hotel. Hahaha, this experience is good, I rarely praise the hotel.
