GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Shizhong District. The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole. The floor is relatively high. The room is well lit. The sanitary details are quite reassuring. The service attitude at the front desk is gentle and courteous. The waiter in the room is very caring. I saw that I was drinking milk with my child. I prepared some water in the room. It was very intimate. I took the children out to play. I could get a taxi when I went out. The traffic was very convenient and the hotel environment was very good.

BBLYLUpon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)

MM423360****I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, close to the city center and easily accessible. The service was excellent, and the staff always had a friendly smile. The room was clean and hygienic, the bed was comfortable and soft, and the linens were spotless white. The shower had a separate wet and dry area. The room had a large floor-to-ceiling window with a view.
The breakfast was delicious, with delicious dishes including bread, fruit, sour soup, and noodles... I highly recommend this breakfast!
You can check out until 4 PM!

GGuest UserThe hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

GGuest UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me! The new Chinese style layout design is warm and elegant, which is my favorite decoration style. The room is clean and tidy, spotless, with great attention to detail, and there is no dust even in the corners. The fully intelligent facilities are really convenient. Robots deliver water, laundry reservations are made in the laundry room, and the equipment in the gym is also very new, which meets my daily exercise needs. The best thing is that the selection of toothbrushes and bath products is the most comfortable I have ever used in all the hotels I have stayed in. It seems that the boss is a person who pays great attention to the quality of life. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and the city center, which is perfect for people like me who travel frequently for business.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great environment and is very convenient whether you drive or take a taxi. There is free parking, and it's very close to the city center. There are restaurants downstairs, and the receptionist was very patient in recommending local good food. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, with a particularly soft bed that I slept very well. The breakfast was also delicious and great value for money. Highly recommended!

You can easily hail a taxi to Xianglu Mountain early in the morning, and on a clear day you can see the sunrise – it's even better if you go with a companion! The rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities; the toilet comes with a seat cover, and even a sewing kit is provided for emergencies. If you're too tired to leave the hotel, you can eat in the restaurant. Condiments are provided on each table when you need more ingredients for breakfast. For those wanting to experience local life, you can visit Kaili's No. 1 and No. 2 shopping malls, which have a vibrant, lively atmosphere. There's a night market street right near the hotel, within walking distance. The receptionist, number 22, was very patient and gave us some helpful suggestions for sightseeing, which was great, so we extended our stay for two more nights.

Hygiene: Very clean. I usually have very high hygiene requirements when staying in hotels, and I have no objection to this hotel.
Environment: The environment is very comfortable, and the one I stayed in was relatively quiet.
Service: The service is very good. The breakfast is good and rich. I caught a cold during my stay and asked the customer service to bring me two more bottles of water. They were delivered quickly and they gave me more mineral water in the next few days. I can see the thoughtfulness of the hotel.
All in all, I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay during this business trip.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a good value for money, is easy to find, and has a good location, close to China World Trade Center and Zhongbo Plaza. It was very quiet to sleep at night, and the sound insulation was good. Satisfactory hygiene. The front desk service was very good. They were able to arrange a room for me even when I checked in at around 8am, and they also met my need for a non-smoking room.
