The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned. During check-in, Sister Chen was warm and enthusiastic, thoughtfully considering my travel needs and proactively helping me upgrade my room. Her service throughout was attentive and heartwarming. The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, making travel and transfers convenient. There are also many local specialty foods nearby, such as sour soup fish and glutinous rice, making dining, accommodation, and sightseeing very hassle-free. The value for money is outstanding, and I will prioritize booking here again on my next visit.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and the city center, which is perfect for people like me who travel frequently for business.

The room is clean and sanitary, basically all smart, very convenient, and the service is very thoughtful. When I checked in, I was missing a pair of slippers. I called the front desk and they immediately sent me a new pair of slippers. It is also close to the high-speed rail station. It is a hotel worth recommending.

The room area is not small at all, and the suitcase will not be in the way when it is spread out; the facilities and equipment are complete, and the bathrobe is praised; the hygiene is clean and refreshing. The only drawback is that the rooms facing west to the road are not very soundproof. If you need quietness, you can choose a room facing east.

This time I stayed at the Huanlv Hotel, what impressed me most was the care and caring of every staff member. The laundry will be carefully handled according to the needs, folded neatly, and then sent to the guest room by the robot, every detail is felt. The vegetables and fruits served at breakfast every day are very fresh, and the lettuce is green and crisp, almost impeccable. The most rare thing is that Japanese sesame sauce and Italian oil and vinegar sauce are also provided to make the salad more delicious. I couldn't help making two bun burgers every day, becoming the most anticipated enjoyment of breakfast every day. This half-month journey, from Kunming, Guiyang, Chongqing all the way to Kaili, only Huanlv Hotel took the initiative to help with luggage. The people in Kaili are really very enthusiastic and make people feel full of human touch. Thank you very much. When we had to rush to the high-speed rail station before leaving the store, the hotel manager also specially prepared pastries for us to enjoy on the road. After arriving at the high-speed rail station, I felt that this intimate was particularly precious, because there were only convenience stores in the station and there were almost no restaurants to eat. Carey was not originally in my travel plan, but fortunately finally came. The warmth and touch brought to me by this city became the most memorable part of this trip, and because of the sincere service of the Huanlv Hotel, I left the best impression on Carey!

The hotel facilities are somewhat outdated; the pillows are too soft and uncomfortable. I especially want to complain about the hotel breakfast – it was terrible, and the noodle cook was incredibly grumpy. Previously, there was no food left by 9:30 am, but now breakfast is served at 11 am. When I went downstairs to eat at 10 am, the toppings for the noodles had already been put away, and some of the stir-fried dishes were cold, not heated at all. When I asked for more toppings, the noodle cook angrily took them out from under the counter, her face dark with displeasure. She said she put them away because no one was eating there. Am I not a person? Am I not allowed to eat? Absolutely terrible.

Service: Very good, especially the two girls at the front desk, Yang Wenlan and Li Xin. On the night of arrival, before I even came to the front desk, Miss Yang took the initiative to greet me in advance. This was in sharp contrast to the Shaoyang Wyndham Hotel where I just stayed two days ago. It makes people feel at home ~ We also heard about the child's birthday and helped us arrange a room with a great view. Ms. Li thoughtfully helped us arrange what we needed. It's great to meet you ~ Location: The hotel is located in Kaili National Cultural Park. The night view is beautiful and it is a place where local people go for a walk after meals. Bedding: Very comfortable. I am quite sensitive and have high requirements for the external environment. If I come to Kaili again, I will choose to stay there~

This hotel has a good value for money, is easy to find, and has a good location, close to China World Trade Center and Zhongbo Plaza. It was very quiet to sleep at night, and the sound insulation was good. Satisfactory hygiene. The front desk service was very good. They were able to arrange a room for me even when I checked in at around 8am, and they also met my need for a non-smoking room.
