The stay experience was very good, the hotel room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was very good. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is very good, and the dining environment is clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Xiao Wan and Xiao Chen at the front desk, the check-in efficiency is very high, the hospitality is warm and caring, the questions are patiently answered, and the service is particularly in place. The quality of Huazhu's hotels has always been very reliable, and the next trip will be preferred, highly recommended!

The hotel was exceptional. If I could give six stars I would do. The hotel itself is really pleasantly designed. The layout is friendly and comfortable. The food is really good.The breakfast was outstanding with amazing selection of different dishes. The bedroom was very comfortable I slept exceptionally well. What makes this hotel special is the staff, they are incredibly attentive, and make sure that you are comfortable in every way possible. In particular I want to mention the lady called YangYang - She is probably one of the best hosts I have met anywhere and she is the reason I would give SIX stars! Location wise. It is very convenient to the high-speed rail station. It is slightly less convenient to the town of Kaili itself which requires a short taxi ride. But don’t let that deter you if you are arriving by HSR this must be your number one choice. Well done Yang Yang and team.

The room is spacious with a beautiful view from the window. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from Kaili South Railway Station. The breakfast is quite basic and doesn't match the room rate. There's a late-night snack service starting at 9 PM, which is pretty convenient. The air conditioning in the room is either freezing cold or scorching hot and doesn't adjust to body temperature. The staff are very enthusiastic and provide thoughtful service.

The overall experience of this hotel is particularly satisfactory! The decoration is very novel, the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are dry and comfortable, and the living is particularly comfortable; the staff is warm and caring, responds to the needs in a timely and thoughtful manner, the service experience is very good, and there is a feeling of going home. The store has complete facilities and simple decoration. The location is also very good, it is very convenient to travel by car and go shopping, the price is very high, and I will choose here next time I stay.

Next to the hotel is the Cultural Memorial Hall. The surrounding cherry blossoms, smiles, and magnolias are in full bloom. It is also facing the lake. The whole environment is pleasing to the eye. The hotel lobby design is also beautiful and grand, and the room details have various ethnic characteristics. The lake view room has a better view, especially when the lights are turned on at night, the night view is very beautiful, and I even saw people setting off fireworks at night. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the variety was very rich, especially the shredded pork noodles with mushrooms, which tasted very good. There seemed to be a lot of spicy oil, but the actual spiciness was not bad. I couldn't help but eat more than half of the bowl. A hotel with good scenery and good value for money. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely choose it next time.

The hotel is good overall. The receptionist on the first floor has a good attitude. The room hardware looks OK. The room is large, with LCD TV and telecom network set-top box (without playback function), fast and stable hot water, sofa and coffee table (with snacks and tea bags on the coffee table), refrigerator (two bottles of carbonated drinks in the refrigerator), soundproof glass windows (you can hardly hear the street noise after closing), central air conditioning (heating effect is very good), the only shortcoming is that I feel that one of the beds in my standard room is a bit thin, swaying when sleeping on it, and every time I turn over, it makes a creaking sound. The restaurant on the third floor provides free breakfast (a combination of Chinese and Western breakfast, not many varieties, but enough to eat) and paid Chinese dinner.

房間真的很nice，地理位置很好，門口打車隨時都很方便，而且大堂很乾凈，樓道也很温馨！！！關鍵是服務態度也特別好，房間更是巨大，比普通酒店的房間要大，很多，行李多的再也不用擔心了，然後廁所還會準備一次性馬桶吹風機，也不是那種很難用的是很好用的快速加熱吹風機真的愛了
