The room was incredibly spacious with a 2-meter bed, which is bigger than the 1.8-meter beds you find in most other hotels. The ambiance was cozy, and the lighting fixtures were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety. I'll definitely stay here again.

[Perfect Stay Experience] The room was more spacious and brighter than I expected, with fantastic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. Attention to detail was evident everywhere: the mini-bar had a great selection of drinks, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and was equipped with a smart toilet. The complimentary tea bags were of excellent quality, and it was lovely to sit by the window in the afternoon enjoying a cuppa. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and they proactively upgraded my room type. Upon checking out, they even gave me a lovely little gift. Absolutely great value for money, this has become my go-to choice in this city. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely fantastic! The room was clean, and the service was superb. All the facilities and equipment were brand new. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast was also good, exceeding my expectations!

1. The steamed pork buns were terrible. The edges were soggy from the steam, and they tasted awful (they were pre-made to begin with, so the flavor wasn't great, and the sogginess made them even worse). 2. The boiled eggs were overcooked to the point where the iron sulfide had discolored them. 3. The yogurt had an unknown stain on its surface.

Overall an excellent hotel. Following is a suggestion to the air conditioning system. The system probably needs to be cleaned, checked and disinfected as the air delivery do intermittently (not all the time) comes with a strong unpleasant (toilet?) odour. The other item I would highlight is the shower cubicle glass door with the seal installed the wrong way when I checked in to the hotel. The shower door cannot be pushed in to the shower at all. And this caused lots of water to seep out of the cubicle when showering. This is an installation mistake, probably by an inexperienced or untrained plumber/installer. All I did to correct this is to pull out the seal from the fixed glass panel, then push the door inside the shower cubicle and re-fitted the seal. Future guest to this room will find the instruction to ”Push” the glass door into the cubicle being labelled correctly and there will not be any water seepage out of the cubicle when using it. In my country this works by a plumber is at least AUD $120. Btw, thank you for our pleasant stay in this upgraded room.

The hotel is not big, but it is new overall. After all, it opened in 2024. Fantastic location. Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Hospitality was very good. Staffs were very kind to help me collect my Taobao delivery. hotel is very new and clean too. Love the robot service. And love the Hong Kong Cha chan Teng connected to the hotel that I have meals daily. Walking distance to supermarket too. Will be back again if I am in dong guan!
