Five-star review! My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience. We stayed for one night, and when we came back in the afternoon after going out, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room had been tidied up by the staff. In the evening, we tried Atour's late-night soup, which was very comforting. The Atour Deep Sleep pillows made for a really comfortable night's sleep, and the alcohol wipes in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch! This Atour X truly excels in every aspect, from the ambiance to the service and every little detail. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

Had a fantastic stay! The facilities are top-notch, especially the well-equipped gym, which was perfect for keeping up with my fitness routine. The location is great too; it's close to Songshan Lake, which is lovely for a stroll, and also near some famous roast goose restaurants in Dalingshan. The most pleasant surprise was the panoramic viewing deck on the 23rd floor with its floor-to-ceiling windows – the views were unbelievably expansive! You could see the entire auto show venue in all its glory. I didn't have to squeeze through crowds to feel the excitement of the event; the perspective from up there was truly amazing! The service was also impeccable. From check-in at the front desk to room cleaning, the staff were all very warm and efficient. Whether you're traveling for business or, like me, attending an exhibition, this hotel is an excellent choice. If I ever come back to this city for an exhibition or business trip, this hotel will definitely be my top pick. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit an exhibition!

It’s a good hotel. Brand new, luxurious, nice facilities. The room itself was very nicely designed and comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is the air quality of the rooms. They don’t enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Which is fine, but they also don’t have an air purifier. So if you have asthma or breathing problems that may be an issue. I already informed the manager and hope they take the necessary steps to purchase some air purifiers as they are only about 750 Yuan. I hope to return in the future and if I see them having some air purifiers on board that could take their rating to a 5/5 in the future. Really good location in city. Rooms were large, great shower and cold AC. Short walk to almost anything you need. Hotel staff were the best! Good breakfast every day. English communication a little challenging but staff did very well with everything we asked. Stayed 10 days in July and August 2025.

Fantastic location. Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Hospitality was very good. Staffs were very kind to help me collect my Taobao delivery. hotel is very new and clean too. Love the robot service. And love the Hong Kong Cha chan Teng connected to the hotel that I have meals daily. Walking distance to supermarket too. Will be back again if I am in dong guan!
