I travel a lot on business, around the world .. Mandarin Oriental, Marriotts, W, Shangri-la, this hotel is getting very close to this level jad and at 1/2 the price. The room was great … very clean and modern, lots of amenities. fitness room new machines and very clean … and laundry room I didn’t use, but I should … stand out people were front desk Mia, Makq and Kevin… my new number one place to stay on Dongguan ! Really [Joyful]

I chose to stay at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake Dongguan during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was full! This is all thanks to the housekeeper Mia, who is simply the ”superhero” of my trip! It rained during the Qingming Festival. Before the trip, I was worried that the rain would disrupt my plan, so I contacted Mia to find out about the activities in the hotel. Unexpectedly, this was just the beginning of our communication. The night before, Mia and I chatted until 1 a.m. She patiently and carefully answered every question I had. The feeling of being valued was really great! I thought she was busy all day and would definitely reply later the next day, but I received her message early in the morning. This service efficiency is really amazing! Mia's thoughtfulness goes far beyond this. She seems to be able to see through my thoughts, and I don't need to remind her of many things. Seeing that there were vacant rooms, she took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type and arranged for China Unicom to make our living experience more comfortable. When I returned to the room at night, the warm night bed service was ready, and my fatigue disappeared instantly. What touched me the most was that this trip happened to be my son's birthday month, and Mia quietly prepared two exquisite cakes. When the cake was delivered to my son, his surprised and happy expression, I will never forget it in my life. This attentiveness made this trip full of warmth and memories. Every moment at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake was extremely comfortable and pleasant, and all this was inseparable from Mia's efforts. I sincerely thank her and strongly recommend everyone to come here to experience and feel the amazing service brought by Mia! First of all, the hotel is very new, the facilities and equipment are of good quality and smart, the service staff is good, and the response to the problem is positive. The children also put the children's toiletries in the room in advance, very warm! But there are many dead corners of hygiene, condoms, cigarette butts, toothpicks under the bed and bedside table..., garbage visible to the naked eye under the washstand, and the sanitation is very surface; There is also an important problem. The air conditioner has a strong smell of urine. I dare not open the air conditioner and can open the window to sleep. In this way, the noise outside is very loud.

The bedding was very good, the environment was clean and hygienic, and it was smart technology. The floor of the bathroom was still warm, which was a thoughtful design! The hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo used were all herbal (lavender ingredients), and they were all fragrant and comfortable. There is also a convenient food delivery service, which is delivered directly by a robot. There are also many food stores outside the hotel, which is convenient! The whole hotel has a unique design theme, is trendy and novel, and has good details. There is also a continuous supply of drinks at the front desk. The only downside is that the food in the restaurant is not diverse enough and needs to be improved. The bed in the room is a bit small. As for the Longfeng Villa Resort next to it, you can consider the actual situation before entering the park. (Special reminder: The park is under upgrading and maintenance recently, so there is nothing to see. I believe there will be something to look forward to in the second half of the year.) But since you are here, it is worth visiting. You can see the iron flower at night. The atmosphere is pretty good. Finally, this parent-child tour gave me a good experience. It is worth coming again next time😃

I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again.

As for the room, it was clean, spacious and well equipped. There are many restaurants near downstairs, and the more delicious restaurants there are as the night goes on. The only thing about this stay is that the downstairs is very noisy at night for some reason... It was still very noisy after 12 o'clock in the evening. I didn't know what the people downstairs were shouting about. This never happened when I stayed there normally!

The hotel has a sense of design, the smart room is quite big, clean and hygienic, the big bed is wide and comfortable and there is yoga equipment, this is great! The higher floors have a wide view and overlook the city view of Dalangmei. The staff ladies are patient and courteous, the service is super good, thank you very much!
