The hotel environment was comfortable, and the front desk upgraded my room to one with a beautiful lake view at night. Staying with our child was so easy and stress-free. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious enough. Our kid absolutely loved playing on the big lawn outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended for families with children.

The villa has a great location and decent room facilities, including karaoke and mahjong rooms. However, the villa only has two floors, with one floor in the basement, resulting in poor ventilation; the basement bedroom was quite stuffy. Wastewater from the basement is pumped up to the surface for drainage. On the day we checked in, the basement toilet pump malfunctioned, causing sewage to back up into the toilet, filling the entire basement with a foul odor. Although the housekeeper addressed the issue promptly, it significantly diminished our overall experience. Hygiene was average; given the villa's age, mold was inevitable in the corners and hard-to-reach areas. Therefore, at over 3000 RMB per night, the price was not good value. Furthermore, the sewage backflow in the toilet was a very distressing experience, and the management offered no compensation whatsoever. As a VIP member of Ctrip, I could have immediately complained, but considering it was a family member's birthday that day, I didn't want to escalate the situation. However, I'm certain I will never book a hotel from this brand again, nor will I recommend it to any friends.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel initially with colleagues and later returned with my family for another fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the highlight was the spacious and enjoyable swimming pool. We especially loved the indoor jacuzzi pool, adding to our relaxation and enjoyment. My family had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed during our stay. We are looking forward to returning to the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel in the future.
