"The hotel is 1.4 kilometers away from the South Station subway station. It is best to take a taxi from the subway station. There is a large viaduct entrance and exit at the entrance of the hotel. The sound insulation is good and no car noise is heard. It should be convenient for self-driving tours? The room is fully equipped with basic electrical appliances, and there is a mobile phone charger at the window (it seems to be charged). The room was basically clean when I checked in, and I wiped it with wet wipes to avoid dust, but I found a snail shell on the chair leg by the window. I don't know what happened. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and a vending machine on the first floor. You don't need to go out to buy food and drinks. The picture shows the viaduct entrance and exit that you need to pass by when walking to the hotel gate."

"Kanglai Hotel is located at the strategic location facing diagonally the flight path from other cities to Changsha Huanghua Airport. From the room allocated to me, I can see the inbound flight in flight but not when the flight lands or departs. To see the flight landing and taking off, walk 30 minutes to the inner path next to the vacant Hede Business Hotel located along Airport Road to reach Hunan General Aviation Head Office and walk to the space behind the vacant headquarters. Enroute, I pass by the public toilet building, the aviation school for youths, China Post cargo and mail processing centre and two bus stops.
I feel sense of accomplishment after shooting many photos of aircraft landing including the extremely rare West Air A319neo.
I am satisfied with my hotel selection and visit to the hotel after the airport staff called the hotel to pick me up at Door 4 on the departure level. I am also satisfied with the very high level of cleanliness like disinfected towels.
I hope to stay in Room 8901 in Kanglai Hotel again if I planned a summer trip to Changsha Huanghua Town."

They also provide fruits and snacks in the room when you check in, which is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, no smell, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower water is very fast. The room arranged by the lady at the front desk was on a high floor and was very quiet. The scenery outside the window was good. The rice noodles for breakfast were especially delicious, with many varieties and good taste. Special thanks to Xiao Chen. I left something in the room and contacted him as soon as possible to help send it out. Good review!"

"I didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The space is spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is just right, and you can instantly relieve yourself from the fatigue of the journey when you lie down on it. The facilities in the room are intelligent, the lighting and air conditioning are very effective, and the temperature can be controlled with one click. The bathroom is sparkling clean, and the hot water is on immediately. There are shower nozzles with large water output and constant water temperature. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserVery high-end and very affordable. The best thing is that it is pet-friendly. Such a good pet-friendly hotel, this level of conditions, and super high cost performance are simply amazing. And convenient parking, direct elevator. There is a food street around, which is convenient for dining. It is even more convenient and fast to the highway entrance and exit.
The hotel also gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was quite delicious, with my favorite bacon, fried eggs, egg tarts, and sausages...
This is an ideal hotel for self-driving tours with pets. Highly recommended.

OOlivia MaryIt was a clean hotel and the rooms were quite comfortable after a long trip down from Shanghai. The staff were very efficient but were unable to provide the foreigners registration form that my school needed for my visa. I would highly recommend it though otherwise. Breakfast was very good!
