Very convenient if you arrive late at midnight. Near to airport and they provide free shuttle to hotel. Just give them a call when you come out from the airport gate.Nice staffs and the hotel is newly open. Everything is perfect.

Just checked out and I have to rave about this place! The room had an open city skyline view right outside the window, and pulling back the curtains in the morning instantly brightened my mood. The most surprising part was the complimentary laundry service – it was incredibly useful for me as I was traveling for several days. My clothes were washed, dried, and ready to wear, making everything so hassle-free and convenient. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

I came to Changsha for a business trip, and this hotel happened to be near my client. The front desk is on the 30th floor, but the elevator is basically direct. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a free laundry room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plus, being on a high floor meant it was quiet, so I had a really pleasant stay. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the noodles were just okay, but it's great value for money overall. I'm very satisfied!

This hotel truly amazed me! The lobby was uniquely decorated, clearly costing a lot of money. The facilities were comprehensive, with thoughtful attention to detail in everything from toiletries to gym equipment. The bedding was also of excellent quality and incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area was lively, and the receptionist was very helpful, recommending nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly clean with no strange odors. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. The hotel is 1.4 kilometers away from the South Station subway station. It is best to take a taxi from the subway station. There is a large viaduct entrance and exit at the entrance of the hotel. The sound insulation is good and no car noise is heard. It should be convenient for self-driving tours? The room is fully equipped with basic electrical appliances, and there is a mobile phone charger at the window (it seems to be charged). The room was basically clean when I checked in, and I wiped it with wet wipes to avoid dust, but I found a snail shell on the chair leg by the window. I don't know what happened. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and a vending machine on the first floor. You don't need to go out to buy food and drinks. The picture shows the viaduct entrance and exit that you need to pass by when walking to the hotel gate.

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

Wonderful hospitality. Very few of the staff members could speak English. But everyone I interacted with went out of the way to make the stay memorable. Good food. Much of it was local cuisine. Looked unfamiliar at start, but mist items were delicious. Very close to GuangDa subway Station. Convenient to reach from the airport, Changsha main railway station and Changshanan high speed train station.
