Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

The Schilthorn view room is great! The terrace faces the snow-capped mountains and dreamy slopes, so beautiful! The bathroom is also very large, and there is an open-air bath below. Although it is not big, it is still fun. I also gave you chocolates before leaving, thank you!

This hotel made you feel like home. The room is very cosy and clean, breakfast is delicious and most importantly all the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and already felt that we are family. When I left on the 4th morning, I hugged goodbye to the gentleman working in the restaurant. I will definitely re-visit this hotel. Great location too. 1 minute to the train station. This hotel is just PERFECT!

When we first entered the room, we saw corpses of mosquitoes everywhere on the wall, and there were mosquitoes flying everywhere in the room. A few of them were killed and sprayed blood. The bedside table lamp was also broken. Fortunately, after contacting the receptionist, we were allowed to change rooms. It was very convenient. It's hard to imagine how uncomfortable this night would have been if I hadn't changed rooms. After all, I spent nearly 10,000 Taiwan dollars. I shouldn't have come here to suffer. I give the lady at the counter a big thumbs up. The biggest selling point here is the heated swimming pool, which directly faces the Eiger and Grindelwald slopes. It is open from 12 to 21 o'clock. If it were not for the swimming pool, I might not choose this one due to hygiene reasons.

The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. The hotel is a four-star hotel, the waiters are dressed in traditional clothes, the breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is very good. There is a free snack in the afternoon, but the drinks are paid. The hotel is located inside, some distance from the railway station, and it is Panshan Road. If you carry the suitcase, it is best to take the bus or contact the hotel in advance.

The room layout is very local. The hotel is in a good location, with beautiful environment and complete facilities. The mini bar in the room is free on the first night, which is a surprise.

This is an accommodation that made me cry and laugh during my trip to Switzerland :) First of all, if you look at the facilities, it is clean and nice since it was recently opened. The location is a very far walk from Grindelwald Station, or a short bus ride away. 🌟Throw away the idea of ​​walking with your luggage on the first day.🌟 This is a vertical hike that you can never climb without carrying your luggage. Be sure to check the bus schedule before taking the bus (it's convenient to use the SBB app). Your accommodation will give you a Grindelwald guest card, so you can ride the bus for free. (I had a Jungfrau VIP coupon, so I didn’t use it.) The reasons I cried were: 1) As soon as I arrived, there was no one, so I called and waited for about an hour, but no one answered and didn't come. There were people staying, so I had to wait in the lobby. I had another number on my laptop, so I called, but no one answered. 2) While I was waiting, a man called and asked why I was calling. When I told him I wanted to check in, he said I was fully booked for today, so what did I mean? I told him my reservation number and he said he would understand. Later, he came running in from outside and asked for my passport. Didn't say a single word of apology. (I was very angry here.) Anyway, in conclusion, he said that there was a reservation history on Trip.com but not in his system, so he had me check it and said he would do something about it since there were no rooms available. However, his attitude was not that he was sorry and was trying to do something, but rather that he was annoyed with me. 3) In the end, they gave us our room keys condescendingly, as if they had made it very difficult for us to get a room, and we were very upset that they were sorry for waiting for an hour and that there was no compensation, but we wanted to rest in the room quickly, so we brought the keys up. However, as shown in the picture, they gave me a room without a terrace... Obviously, the room I paid for had a terrace on the reservation screen, and I made the reservation with that in mind, so when I went to argue with them, they said that the room I had reserved was that room. (I was told that it was given to me because I had created a room, but when I went down and inquired, I found out that the room was originally assigned...) 4) Then, while showing a picture of the reservation screen on 'Booking.com', he enthusiastically emphasizes that the room may or may not have a terrace. The problem is that I paid through 'Trip.com' and the room type I booked on Trip.com is not available. All photos showed a terrace. When I said that, he got very angry and told me to cancel it for free and to leave if I didn't like it. To be honest, these words sounded very threatening to me, and I was so intimidated by the man's attitude that I was afraid that he might do something to me. I sometimes wonder if they are speaking in such a threatening manner because I am a woman and Asian. [I notified Booking.com's customer service center of my move, and now the reservation screen for the room I selected also includes a photo of a room without a terrace.] Anyway, for this reason, I started my trip to Switzerland very angry and depressed. ㅠ ㅠ This room does not have a terrace and has a tree view, as someone left in a Google review... lol Next time I go again, I think I'll just choose the room one level up because I'm worried about getting this room. Also, the toilet and bathroom were attached together, so it was shared by 3 rooms. Please note.

The hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!

Very nice and well-maintained apartment with a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony. Very neat and friendly staff. Car can be parked safely under the complex. We will definitely come back here
