Great mountain view room with balcony. Love the view!!! Spacious room. Reception staffs was lovely and welcoming, didnt catch her name - lady in blonde hair. Welcome drink was a prosecco. Breakfast was huge spread! Hotel offers transfer from train station.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. I have always longed for the dreamy hillside and hope to live in such a beautiful picture. I saw a lot of homestays in this area on Ctrip, and finally chose this one as a lodging spot in Grindelwald. This is a family-style business management model, mainly by the hostess to take care of daily. The whole house is decorated very warmly, the hostess is also considered polite, and communication in English is basically barrier-free. There is a small balcony in the room, which can have a panoramic view of the dreamy hillside. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and the croissants are particularly delicious.

I went on a trip and the memories I stayed here were so good. It's fun to do nothing here. I watched the wonderful view in the morning and evening, and I made coffee, tea and food myself. I had a good time :-)
