It’s a family of four we hired the room with two bunks and this worked pretty well! Everything was clean and tidy. The location was great 1 road off the beach and close to several stores and eateries. We really enjoyed the vibe that the generator offered but certainly recommend to someone wanting a short stay in Miami

Good value ‘no frills’ option in great location in South Beach.  The good: - good value / price - excellent location - very fast to respond via the app / WhatsApp  - no issues with noise (as reported by others) but make sure you request a quiet room if it’s a concern  The not so good:  - did not clean my room for 5 days (perhaps it’s on a request basis) - no desk to work from in room - a bit confusing on where to enter the building and no obvious reception area / staff  - no real facilities (but doesn’t really matter due to location)  Summary: - if you want a good value, clean, very well located place then this is a great option. If you want a more lux hotel, then maybe look at other options. But suited me and would stay again.

Good location. Provides baggage keeping services. Free coffee 8am-12pm. 5-10mins walk distance have CVS, restaurants and coffee shops. 10mins walk distance to the beach side/ Lincoln Rd. The Room condition was old. Room floor was not really clean. My room is double bed room, it’s no table and chair. There is no plug location, so I need to move the bed to find the charging location.

I had a great stay at Viajero Hostel. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the common areas were perfect for meeting people. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Anto, who made everything easy and made me feel really welcome. I’d definitely recommend this hostel and would stay here again!

This hotel is not a great place to stay. I was supposed to be provided breakfast for 4, and was told the food menu stopped at least a month ago. To obtain the free beverages, I was told I had to wait until after 4:00 pm, and we were leaving by 11:00 am. Everything that we would need for the pool and the beverages would have to be obtained from a different hotel. We were placed on the first floor with a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old old which required us to lug luggage up two sets of three steps with the kids. Just horrible. In addition to the high cost of staying there with promised amenities, I was then charged a service fee on top of everything else. I feel that, without all of the amenities promised that I paid for, I am due a partial refund. I have stayed here on numerous occasions, but this was by far the worst experience and I will not return or recommend.

A great hotel for beach recreation! Ocean at 100m, Ouche Drive Street only with a bike and pedestrian track. Bicycle rental is free for 1 hour, but not particularly controlled, you can roll more: there are all rolling opportunities, long embankment for dozens of kilometers. The room is chic! Big, with a cup of excellent coffee in the morning. Bed is comfortable, soft, towels can be changed every day, Beach towels are issued free of charge. The balcony is not available, but there is no need. The atmosphere of the holiday!!!

Excellent room. We were changed without extra charge from a Queen to a king. They were very friendly. Fridge in room, Towels and various products for shower. Looby coffee in the morning. Recommended 🙌🏻

Hotel elevator was not in service! Our room was on the 3rd floor so we had to walk up flights of stairs with our luggage's. The room I was in didn't provide cups in the washroom for basic use, brushing teeth etc. The sink was a small pedestal type so it was very tight spaced to even put stuff on. Location was great though, right at south beach on a one-way road, walkable distance to Collins Ave & Washington Ave to local stores and restaurants. Restaurants along Ocean Dr was expensive but you're here for the scenery!

Service was good except when we called to have someone take as look at the door that wasn’t locking and we needed to leave soon. I had to go downstairs after the call we made and waited a long time for my turn. Finally when it was my turn the person told me he knew about the door but hadn’t been able to check so I told him to change my room because we were running late, and he did.  There were no toiletries at all whatsoever.  The parking is too expensive. As with other hotels, motels and inns etc, it should be included.  Other than that the first person to was extraordinary nice and helped me out.
