This hotel is not a great place to stay. I was supposed to be provided breakfast for 4, and was told the food menu stopped at least a month ago. To obtain the free beverages, I was told I had to wait until after 4:00 pm, and we were leaving by 11:00 am. Everything that we would need for the pool and the beverages would have to be obtained from a different hotel. We were placed on the first floor with a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old old which required us to lug luggage up two sets of three steps with the kids. Just horrible. In addition to the high cost of staying there with promised amenities, I was then charged a service fee on top of everything else. I feel that, without all of the amenities promised that I paid for, I am due a partial refund. I have stayed here on numerous occasions, but this was by far the worst experience and I will not return or recommend.

Staying in Penguin Hotel is very convenient since it is really closed by at the Beach and nearby outlets. However, when we were checking in the lady who assisted us didn’t explained well the informations. And every night there’s no front desk. But overall stay it’s really good the free breakfast was really good I will definitely recommend.

- Tôi đã đặt trên Trip.com phòng có ăn sáng nhưng nhân viên lại nói không có, họ không thèm quan tâm khi tôi đưa booking đã xác nhận của Trip.com. Tôi phải giải thích và phản ánh thậm chí phải liên hệ tổng đài trip.com thì mới được giải quyết.
- Ăn sáng thì phải lấy phiếu và password để đi qua khách sạn khác sau lưng khách sạn này, nhập pass vào trong rồi mới nộp phiếu và chọn món để nhân viên đưa cho mình, cảm giác giống như đi xin ăn vậy á
- Tôi đặt nhầm 3 đêm mà chỉ ở 2 đêm tôi yêu cầu lấy thêm 1 phòng nữa cho con tôi để trừ qua 1 đêm và tôi sẽ trả tiền thêm một đêm nữa, thay vì tôi lấy 1 phòng thì thành hai phòng khách sạn cũng không giải quyết. Tôi liên hệ khách sạn trước ngày check in gần 2 tuần , có nhân viên trả lời nhưng sau đó không giải quyết cho tôi mà cũng không phản hồi cho tôi. Nhiều ngày sau đó tôi gọi điện thì không có bất cứ nhân viên nào trả lời điện thoại. Đến khi check in cũng không giải quyết được. Tóm lại tôi sẽ không bao giờ giới thiệu bạn bè hay người thân đến khách sạn này. Đúng là vị trí khách sạn gần bãi biển nhưng xung quanh đó vẫn còn nhiều khách sạn khác tốt hơn hoặc chọn khách sạn xa hơn vài vục mét rồi đi bộ ra biển vừa rẻ mà dịch vụ lại tốt hơn.

On arrival we were greeted by Ruby on reception. All the staff here good but Ruby stood out with a lovely warm personality and incredible patience and knowledge which is just what we needed after a 10 hour flight from London. Rooms are compact but big enough for two and we had no problem and plenty of space. Beds and pillow very comfortable bathroom good. Hot water a little slow until through about 2 minutes but no problem and good shower. Room kept immaculate every day. Breakfast average but our one gripe is too slow and needs maybe one more staff. Lines too long and one day waited 15 minutes. Even so this did not spoil our stay. Hotel is in superb position on Ocean Drive with the beach across the road. Hundreds restaurants etc and Miami fabulous. We are going on our cruise tomorrow and will be back at the Penguin Hotel next week. Thanks for a great stay. Bryan and Gill ( room 219)
