The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market.
The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working.
Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided.
The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day.
The bar was closed for lunch during my stay.
They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests.
The gym was well equipped.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience.
I would consider and return.

GGuest UserI had a great stay here in Baltimore. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- remembered my name quickly and always asked if there was anything else they could do. Genuinely nice people, not just going through the motions of the job. Room was clean and nice. Hotel offers access to great health club a few metres away.

XXingzhe1028The room is a family suite. It is large and clean, the layout is warm, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is good. In short, it is a good experience and I will stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located and safe, close to Baltimore's inner harbor, with beautiful scenery, high-end business buildings and historical attractions nearby, and it is particularly beautiful to walk at night.
A typical American breakfast, not many varieties, eggs, bread and fruit are absolutely full, and the waiter is particularly good. Every Wednesday night, you can enjoy a free dinner, providing rare vegetable salad, unexpected joy. Free coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day in the lobby.
Room service did not provide face towels one day, and under the communication of Ctrip customer service, there was a lot of improvement in the next few days. One night, the toilet was suddenly blocked, but the floor service staff and maintenance staff came to dredge in time, and did not affect the residence. Overall, it is recommended to live.

ZzjcuiDays Inn Inner Harbour Baltimore is just across the road (other side of W. Pratt Street) from the Baltimore Convention Center. Standard services are provided, including a light breakfast. A vending machine is provided in the lobby if you arrive late at night and hungry. The staff at front desk is professional, including help to secure a taxi by phone in the early hours to the BWI airport (many thanks, Chris!). Bedding sheets could be more carefully checked.
