Was a good location for my trip

Was looking for a hotel close to comedy show and low and behold it was in the same hotel. So it worked out great for us after checking in went to dinner came back relaxed for 45 min. Then went down stairs to comedy factory. We had free coupons for breakfast but we decided to venture out on our way back to Richmond. Overall nice place to stay found out they also shuttle for cruises out of this hotel too.

From checkin to the restaurant our experience was dismal at best . We waited 45 minutes at the restaurant for our order to be taken and then over 45 minutes to pay our bill.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area of Baltimore. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Most of my interactions were with front desk attendant Janel. She is very professional and extremely polite. She made our stay even more pleasant.

Had a great experience at the bar tonight—Jenn was awesome. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really made the whole vibe feel relaxed and welcoming. She was on point with the drinks and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell she actually cares about making sure people have a good time. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay here.

Love the restaurant and Angel is the best and the hotel is very safe and accommodating.Also the comedy shows they have there sometimes are pretty cool.

Been staying here for many years for cruising out of Baltimore. Staff always friendly and handicap room was perfect. Breakfast is always good but wish they had gravy and biscuits.

The staff were the best. Always available to answer questions and provide service. Room was clean! Beds were great. Food good.

An unexpected stop on our way from Boston to South Carolina. The traffic was just crazy on a Monday holiday. This hotel had dog-friendly rooms and was right off the highway, making it our pick. Lately, BW spots have not been up to the standards they were in the past, but this one surpassed our expectations. The staff were very friendly, and the dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were very good. The breakfast was included in the room rate, which I thought was reasonable for the area. I do wish there were more control over people at buffets, reaching hands into containers when tongs are provided, but that is the way it seems to go these days. The room was very clean, and I liked the little shampoo containers; many places have switched to the new big pumps on the shower wall. The parking was free, and most importantly, the hotel and parking felt safe. Thank you, and if I am ever forced to stop this early on a trip again, I will choose this spot.
