I loved this location and everything was convenient. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit. There were lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. Hotel room was clean even during this Pandemic. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We were very pleased with our stay at Springhill suites. The Valet gentleman, Akeem(?), was very helpful, polite and professional. Darrien was fantastic, accommodating, polite and professional. Answered my many questions with great suggestions. Our rooms were special, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially the eggs w/cheese.

Ctrip's club suites are free to use the club's exclusive lounge, breakfast (6:00-9:30), free Wi-Fi and free parking, you can see that the hotel is old, but the maintenance is not bad; The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the first night of the stay. The location and view are 5 stars. The hotel is small and has insufficient facilities but the decoration design is 4 stars. The service is in place and enthusiastic. However, the late-shift front desk may not have parking for them. It is a bit negative 3 stars.

Hotel location is very good. Just in the port area. The scenery in the next round is very good. The hotel's daily store is also delicious. The main one is very safe. Compared with other four seasons, the obvious feeling is that the sanitary preparations are slightly inferior. There is actually a dead ant under the pillow. I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!
