The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town, Carrefour Express, and tram stops.
There are a total of three power outlets available.
The shower has good water pressure.
Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m.
The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street.
Get your day off to the best start - there is a hot breakfast included when you stay. Stock up on all your favorite snacks and beverages in the convenience store, or unwind with a drink and a tasty bite at any time in the bar. Maintaining your exercise routine is easy in the contemporary fitness center. Keep in touch with the office in the free work zone, and plan a conference, training session or social event with four flexible meeting spaces and state-of-the-art A/V equipment. Our friendly, professional staff will be on hand to make sure that your meeting or celebration is seamless and hassle-free.

I had played in the concentration camp during the day and was afraid to stay in Old Ratf at night, but the hotel made me feel very safe. I slept very well tonight. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic and the breakfast was also very good.
A design, economical hotel, open to creative minds

Thanks to our location, you can reach the most famous districts in less than 10 minutes: the Old Town - with one of the largest markets in Europe, Kazimierz - the historic Jewish district and Nowa Huta - with the socialist realist character of the buildings. By tram you can reach almost every part of Krakow in a very short time. In less than 8 minutes you can get to Tauron Arena. The hotel is also well connected to Energylandia and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
The new, comfortable ibis Styles Kraków Centrum hotel is located just a few steps from the city center, as well as from the Railway Station, Tauron Arena and the Jagiellonian University Botanical Garden. For slightly further trips, you can go to the former working-class district of Nowa Huta

Stylish hotel a little away from the train station area and the old town, but the tram stop with connection is right outside the door. The room was comfortably furnished and offered enough space to work. There are water dispensers on every floor, and in theory there is free coffee in the lobby around the clock (unfortunately not always reliably refilled).
The hotel lobby is taken up by the spacious and attractively designed hotel bar, but is a little too casually decorated for the morning buffet. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The coffee specialties from the machine were unfortunately less so.

As for the room, it was spacious and clean, and I was satisfied with it.
If I had to say something, it would be that the shower room didn't have a door that could be closed, so I was a little worried that water would get into the toilet.
There was a microwave and refrigerator, so I was grateful to be able to use them for breakfast and dinner.
There was also a Miele washer-dryer on the bottom floor, and if you installed the washing machine's app, you could do your laundry for about 200 yen per load, which was appreciated as a long-term traveller.
Thank you for choosing our Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Cracow hotel.

Well everything is fine, it’s clean n modern. But the location is quiet n bit away from landmarks (it seemed to me that the street is empty, no ppl n shops) though it took 15 mins walk to reach the attractions but nearly nothing you can buy there.
So if your looking for hotel that r convenient, it won’t be the best option, but the cost-performance ratio is ok at this £ regarding to the cleanliness n modern design.

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

The street bus is a bit noisy, the new decoration is actually next to the ancient city, the reception is in the ancient city...but the location is very convenient, walking to Wawel and the train station are within 15 minutes. There are pharmacies and Carrefour downstairs. There is a restaurant with a high local rating.
We are right next to the Poland boulevards with convenient access to Wawel Castle, Old Town and Kazimierz. Our location offers easy access to the airport and other important places in Krakow. Comfortable rooms, a spacious Ibis Kitchen restaurant, underground parking and the neighborhood of our fraternal hotel Novotel Krakow Centrum guarantees a pleasant stay in the royal city.

Beautiful place. Magnificent location. Luxurious breakfast. Hotel's staff usually was very helpful - not perfect because one slim bald and three-day unshaven guy with glasses liked to direct me to using Internet for solution (and one his woman colleague said it once.) what is against of concierge's duty. A cleaner did her job wonderful but she could be more diligent because I detected hair in places and it could there where miss is impossible.

A very convenient location and a good selection for breakfast. Only negative comment is that the rooms are not quiet. It’s hard to sleep with the sound of the cars and trams right outside the window.

CClairemfalveyLocation was fantastic, only a few steps from the old town square. Getting in was a bit of an issue. The phone number given on trip.com was not correct but luckily the door was open and on the lift there was another phone number and then I had to wait 10mins on the phone. However Once I had the information, the room was lovely with a bath by the window. It felt quite luxurious with amenities etc. My only gripe was the windows didn't block out much sound and the blinds did not block out much light. There was also a note apologizing for renovation noise. So I was woken up at 5am by workers moving things on and off from that time.
PPolarmermaidWhat an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi.
There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months.
There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge
and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃
The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞
CCanberkThis was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a nice area by the Jewish Quarter. Close to plenty of food truck areas and restaurants. Sure, our room faced the Jewish cemetery however, we didn’t mind. It was part of history that needed to be remembered. It was calm. We needed the peace and quiet.
My husband and I stayed during winter time, but we were so warm and comfortable in our stay. Very friendly and helpful reception. We only paid for time one morning’s breakfast buffet, but we enjoyed it. They had a variety of food.
Room was always clean and tidy.
Left our luggages in their luggage storage after checking out, it was very convenient. Thanks for making our stay memorable and worth it!
MMostboringdudeeverCentrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.
HHerbandrew24The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Unfortunately, cleaning was not every day, and we did not understand what criterion they chose the days to clean; the last day we had no hygienic paper, and they never put the bathroom, but only shampoo, because it was finished. A staff girl has gently offered us some of her.
AAnonymous UserLoved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.
닷닷치I came here on Google Maps but it was a little hard to find. The sign is small and Google Maps tells you to turn the corner before you get to the accommodation, but it's right before you turn the corner. Look at the sign carefully. The room condition was good and it's the best value for money. You can eat breakfast at the cafe designated by the hotel.
