I like The location, just 15 minutes to the old town, and close to local market.
Rooms are clean and new, with simple kitchen makes long stay easier, staff are very friendly, the building is next to student living building from the same operator, and it is very quiet. There is also a big private yard, you will love it in a good weather.

Decided to move to a supposedly lovely hotel for 2 nights as thought would be lovely treat for my son as had a big gym and pool, how wrong was I.... we checked in on Saturday night I had called ahead to check availability and price for 2 nights as was leaving on the Monday. The lady on reception told me the price and we went straight over to check in. She took us to the room and we confirmed the price and that it included breakfast, all good. That was until we returned on the Sunday evening after visiting the salt mines that day to not being able to get into our room. We went to reception and they told us we should of checked out that day!!! We were no we booked for 2 nights why would we not when not going home till Monday?? The receptionist said could she ring the lady who we booked with and she told me there was a mistake made and was sorry but we had to PAY another night... Omg was so upset not my fault but still expected to pay, spoke to the general manager and someone higher Joanne I think she was absolutely awful would not listen at all just wanted the money!!!! What kind of customer care NONE i would say. My husband who is disabled and my son 16 were gobsmacked at their total lack of empathy. They had all our belongings locked in the room we were in and we felt we had no choice but to pay as had nowhere to go, cant tell you how upset we were just ruined out trip through absolutely no fault of our own. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. Just because Mecure are a big chain doesn't mean good at all in anyway or form.

We stayed at the Hotel Wyspianski in Krakow for 5 nights. Really can't fault this place at all. We had a lovely large room on the 4th floor, the bed was comfortable and they left free bottles of water for us. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Town, the main Market Square, a big shopping mall and lots of other attractions. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was amazing. The hotel bar was well stocked with Polish vodka and overall we've had a fantastic time and would certainly stay there again!

Overall this hotel is excellent! The staff are friendly and very customer focused. The concierge service is equally excellent and I want acknowledge Johnny. He defines what it means to be a concierge. Everything from restaurant suggestions to handling airport transfers was top notch. Over the course of a week, he never gave us a bad recommendation. He also setup tours for us to take as well! The room (privilege with a full bed) was equally as large as rooms in the US, which was unexpected for Europe. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom/shower was equally large and comfortable. A couple of small dings where noticed in the cabinet finishes but that was the only sign of wear and tear in the room. This was our first time in Krakow and the hotel made it a perfect stay! Centrally located in the heart of the city, it is only a 5 minute walk to the Main Square and dining/ attractions. It is also across the street from a mall if you need any last minute purchases. If you are traveling to Poland this hotel is a must!.
With 200 years of history, our hotel is one block from Old Town’s main plaza and The Cloth Hall. Nearly all Old Town’s restaurants, museums, galleries, and shops are within a 10-minute walk, and Wawel Royal Castle is a 15-minute walk. Take a tram to the Jewish district of Kazimierz. At the end of the day, enjoy a bite and drinks at our on-site restaurant and bar.

Excellent hotel, the room was beautiful and very clean, I particularly liked the lighting, not too bright and added something extra to the ‘jazzy’ atmosphere. The spa in the basement is amazing, had the entire spa all for myself for hours. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is ideal for discovering the beautiful city of Krakow ! Will be back for sure !

Our group checked into this hotel on a Friday night and we were asked to put all our hand carries, luggages, personal items through an xray because they had visiting dignitaries. I understand the procedure and we are willing to cooperate but what disappointed us was that even if the porter was available, nobody helped us lift our luggages to the conveyors and bring it down after the checks. We were asked to open our heavy luggages for them to check empty water canisters, loose coins, etc. One of my companions was even asked to drink the water to make sure it was ok. We were never subjected to this even in airports and all without assistance from the hotel staff. After long check which took us at least 20 minutes, we asked one of the porters to help with the bags to the room and the porter rudely said some of the bags didn’t have name tags so he can’t identify them. I heard our guide say he will assist with identification but the porter still complained. First time I experienced this in a five star hotel. What a disappointment for the Marriot group. The rooms we got were very nice. Location is good but the bad customer service ruined the stay for us.

Dear Hilton Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently staying at your esteemed Hilton DoubleTree in Krakow and felt compelled to share my wonderful experience even before checking out. As a frequent visitor, I’ve consistently been impressed, but this visit has truly exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the courtesy and efficiency of your staff never fail to amaze me. Every member of your team, from the reception to the dining area, is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. It’s always refreshing to see my Hilton Member Status recognised and valued, adding a personalised touch to my visits. The breakfast spread offered is delightful, with a wide variety of choices that are both tasty and satisfying, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. My children, who often accompany me, absolutely adore the spa area. The indoor pool is their favourite spot, and it’s wonderful to see them so happy and entertained during our stays. The cleanliness of the rooms deserves a special mention. Maintaining such high standards is no small feat, and your housekeeping staff does an exemplary job. This time, my visit was for a special occasion, and the thoughtful upgrade along with personal greetings from your new manager, Ms Anita S., made it all the more memorable. Such gestures make a significant difference and enhance the overall experience. Thank you once again for consistently making our stays enjoyable and comfortable. I look forward to many more visits to your lovely hotel. Best regards, Dominic Niehoff

We recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. She took the two bottles away and said that she would return. 20-minutes down the line, she r

Rradu_cataniciuWe stay 5 days in Krakow in this hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is on few steps form Wawel Castle and 10 minutes, by foot, from the Big Square in Old Town. The rooms have a modern design and the furniture are new, The breakfast is rich and the staff ( specially the men) was helpful. The man in reception book for us a guided visit in Castle and they made for us reservation to restaurant. The disadvantage for this hotel is that has no car parking. We was forced to park our car in a nearby parking to a pretty high price.
CClaire_XMThe room is very clean, newly decorated, and very smart. The IoT controls the room's equipment, but the area is very small and it is difficult to spread out the suitcase. The breakfast is very rich with many choices. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the train station.
CCampie51Great position near the old town, quiet at night, very comfy bed, lovely bedding, great shower with lovely toiletries. good air con. Good coffee in the room. There’s also an empty fridge which we used for fresh milk for tea. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast. Has a good restaurant but never got round to try it. Nice little roof top bar. The best 4 day city break we have had. So many good restaurants and so much to see. The weather was hot and sunny beginning of September Highly recommend. Fabulous
GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm after a long journey - I was greeted with information that the system was down and it was not possible to check me into the room I booked and that I had to wait in the bar area. Fortunately, the complications did not last long, otherwise it would be reasonable to offer at least a glass of water while waiting for the problem to be solved. However, this is a detail compared to the point: in the room I had no way to turn off the fan, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I reported the problem at the reception the next day and asked to turn off the fan - I received information that at the moment there is no such possibility, because the person responsible and able to do it is currently not at work. As a solution, I was offered earplugs, which are very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, but as they say ”better than nothing”. I was hoping for a shade of relaxation during my two-day stay, and as a result I left the hotel with a headache. Two nights of sleep deprivation, annoying ”humming” of the fan in the room and the inability to open the window = drama.
QQIANYANGThe location is very good. In the Old Town Square, it is a five-minute walk from the Textile Hall. There is a restaurant with rice and fish in the vicinity. The environment is excellent. The hotel is small and fully equipped. The breakfast is very rich. Traveling will also help to book a car. There is a convenience store opposite. Low-key but warm hotel.
MmaomaotingVery cost-effective hotel with convenient parking and large rooms. After staying in Europe for so long, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel with slippers at this price. The hotel breakfast is also very good!
Zzuber majidHi Travelers
so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,
HHalszkaA great hotel close to Krakow’s market square. After the refurbishment of the hotel, new parts have been added. It smells very fresh. The air conditioning is good. The bathrooms, towels and sheets are clean. Great breakfast options. Even select all before 10 o'clock, even coffee cake. There is no hotel parking, but it is easy to find free parking locations in the surrounding areas from 8pm to 10pm. Great service. Friendly gentleman at the reception. We will definitely come back here.
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
GGuest UserBoth the check-in and checkout process were easy and the people were very helpful. However, the reason why I’m rating so low is because the entire hostel had a very disgusting smell to it and the worst was the bed I was staying in had a really distinct odor, it was almost like the most disgusting humans body odor you’ve ever smelt. This smell lingered on everything that touched that bed for a few days after until I could get a washing machine. The place was very loud & the people in the hostel were not very respectful in this sense of sound and they kept slamming the doors everywhere. If you enjoy a hostel just as a place to stay then you’ll fit in perfect here, but be aware of your nose and your ears. Also the common areas were very dark and not well lit so it felt uninviting in the whole building
