Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City hotel is located in the historic buildings revitalized after former Polmos State Vodka Factory. This place with almost 100 years of history is part of the impressive Fabryczna City complex, because of its size its called a city within a city.

Location is a bit far from the city center, not very good, but access to the city is not bad
. The interior is really fashionable and nice because it was just done. ..

I like The location, just 15 minutes to the old town, and close to local market.
Rooms are clean and new, with simple kitchen makes long stay easier, staff are very friendly, the building is next to student living building from the same operator, and it is very quiet. There is also a big private yard, you will love it in a good weather.

This hotel is elegant, with excellent service and a prime location, half a minute's walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Amber counter downstairs is a designer brand, not expensive, and the styles are more distinctive than those in the small shops in the Grand Bazaar. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nicely located, pretty close from both the train station and the Old Town. It’s pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also very useful. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. Also, during hot summer days, it’s really hot in the room without an air con. We used a fan in the room but it was still quite hot.
We are located between Krakowskie Centrum Komunikacji, Krakow Communication Center and the old town, which is only a 10-minute walk from our hotel. Our building boasts a unique facade and interiors. Will recommend to stay in this hotel if you prefer to stay near the station.
Booked this hotel because it’s near the train station. Opposite the hotel is a mall. This hotel is not in the old town but you can walk.
The bed is very comfortable. No amenities are provided except shampoo. Toilet roll quality is low.
Breakfast: In europe , the breakfast is good with few western food selections such like eggs, bacon, baked beans and sausages. There is a section on salad and cereal. The breakfast comes with a lot of drinks selection.
Service is good.

The location is very good, right next to the ancient city. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The service is very professional and courteous. The breakfast is of high quality according to European hotel standards. Although there is less hot food provided, the quality of other food is very high. The hotel provides a swimming pool, massage pool and fitness room. And the sauna room, the swimming pool has a good indoor temperature, and the water temperature is very comfortable. I am very satisfied and hope to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It's in a relatively remote place, the outdoor environment is average, winding, and there is a road outside the window, but the sound insulation is okay, the lobby is also good, and the breakfast is not luxurious but okay.

A bit out of town but a nice hotel. Service was great, we had an executive room and the executive lounge was outstanding for breakfast and a drink in the evening before heading into town. I’d really recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind the walk or text into town.

The hotel is located in a great location - in the center, yet in a quiet area. The room itself could be renovated and more spacious. Unfortunately, even though the air conditioning was turned on, the room was cold throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, but could be more varied, especially hot dishes.

I would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.

Outstanding
MMananxi_MXIt is about 10 kilometers from the airport, not far away, and close to major attractions. The hotel staff is very nice and speaks 66 English. The breakfast is not much different from the German hotel next door, which is always cold cuts, bread and various sausages. However, the layout is relatively warm, recommended for living, the price is not expensive, the price in Poland is very affordable
CClaire_XMThe room is very clean, newly decorated, and very smart. The IoT controls the room's equipment, but the area is very small and it is difficult to spread out the suitcase. The breakfast is very rich with many choices. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the train station.
CCanberkThis was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.
GGuest UserExcellent, stayed a night longer than planned.
The beef tartare and the duck breast were very good.
Top notch service from all personel. House keeping was also excellent. Personally, not a fan of the elevators which require your keycard to work. But obviously most hotels now switched to these. Maybe it is to encourage you to use the stairs more often?
At the bathroom, when the light is switched on, then the mirror light which is motion sensor triggered should also always stay on. A little odd while taking a shower that one has to wave to switch the mirror light on again.
AAnonymous UserYou can walk from the station within 10 minutes. Located in the heart of the old town, it is ideal for exploring Krakow. The front desk is friendly and the staff at the breakfast service are also very good. * You can order dishes, pancakes, waffles, etc., and you can have them freshly made. The cheesecake is also very delicious, and I'm happy that I can drink cava in the morning. You can make your own cappuccino with the machine, but please order and enjoy the technology! This hotel is highly recommended.
MmaomaotingVery cost-effective hotel with convenient parking and large rooms. After staying in Europe for so long, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel with slippers at this price. The hotel breakfast is also very good!
Zzuber majidHi Travelers
so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,
SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
GGuest UserIt's about 10 minutes from Krakow Station, so it's easy to get there. Overall, it was worth the price. I guess it's understandable considering it's cheap. The shower room didn't have a metal bracket to attach the shower head to the wall, so it was inconvenient when washing my head. Also, the door between the dressing room and the shower space wasn't very good, so the shower water leaked out. It's basically an unmanned hostel, so some people may be concerned about security. I thought there would be curtains on the beds, but only the top bunk had them. Also, you have to attach the sheets yourself and remove them in the morning.
