"We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading. We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given. Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection. While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience."

"Very nice and cozy place, malapit lang siya sa mall kaya hussle free if you want to buy something, clean and tidy pa mga utensils and most of all yung nagustuhan ko ay gery accomodating sila when we arrived there. Highly recommended po if you wanted to go tagaytay… secured pa yung area 😊😊😊ill stay here again for leisure🥰"

"I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! "Friendly and accommodating staffs. The place is so quite that is suitable for people like me who wants peace of mind. Since I book it on a Sunday, I could barely see other guests around and it felt like I booked the entire property 😅. Overall, a good experience."

"We decided to check out this property and has a pleasant experience; Viewpark is a gem of a hotel with own charm. It is complemented by Siglo, it's restaurant that serves delicious Filipino food, As a suggestion and not a complaint, perhaps the size of Siglo as a breakfast place can be expanded and offer say buffet breakfast instead of a set menu choices. The reception people are very warm and attentive to details, they take time to engage their clients in a wonderful manner. It has a lot of amenities, mostly in good order, although the games and gym room has some room for improvement where some maintenance are in order. It's hard not to like Viewpark, needless to say we will be back and very likely for a longer stay!"

"Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the staff were respectful and attentive. We were impressed with the amenities, especially the complimentary buffet breakfast—it was delicious and included in the room rate. To visit the chapel and recreation center, we used the hotel’s shuttle service, which was also free. The road to get there was a bit steep and intimidating, but the experienced shuttle drivers made us feel safe and comfortable. The heated swimming pool was another highlight—it’s free to use, and we spent most of our time there just relaxing. Overall, the experience was relaxing and well worth it."

"The type of room was so-called grapping in a tent. You can also have a campfire in front of you. We had a good time with a massage in the green canopy and a demonstration of the hotel-provided yoga Qigong organic juice. The food in the restaurant is also perfect. I don't mean there is a lot of breakfast. It is a menu where the creator's thoughts are transmitted and the heart is filled. Handmade apple jam was awesome. I want to revisit just for the restaurant. The air flowing throughout the hotel is amazing and we will definitely return here again."
