Centrally located with convenient transport links, the environment is clean, and the service attitude is excellent.

It's a little far from the tram, but it's in a quiet residential area compared to the hotel. Although the room is not big, it has everything it needs. It has all the necessary details and is very clean. However, if the water in the bathroom is turned up a little, it will easily overflow onto the floor outside. That's the only pity. Everything else is good overall.

This is a beautiful, new, and modern hotel, set in a lovely, traditional building, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The room was spacious and featured a very comfortable large bed. The bedding was high-quality and exceptionally pleasant. The room came equipped with a coffee machine (with capsules), a kettle, and a selection of teas. A thoughtful touch was the inclusion of an iron and ironing board! In the bathroom, there's a spacious, modern shower, and all the complimentary toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion – are of excellent quality. Our room had two large windows offering a pleasant street view. Next to the reception, there's a communal lounge where guests can help themselves to various machine coffees, teas, water, and fruit, all complimentary. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Very good location near to Metro n other public transport . Just opposite the hotel there is Jumbo supermarket where u can get your snacks n necessary item , breakfast bread items n etc . There is a lovely canal outside of the hotel . Within walking distance landmarks Markthal

我只能說如果我有機會再回到鹿特丹來玩，我一定首選這一間飯店，太棒~ 以下得優點: 1.位置很好，如果搭配城市卡，真的是去那裡都很方便 2飯店設施很棒(健身房，桌球，射飛鏢，會議室，coworking，免費使用洗衣及烘衣機等)，除了房間有廚房用具以外，還提供膠囊式的咖啡機，飯店櫃台每日都有提供迎賓飲料和小點心，偶爾有水果，櫃台服務人員解決問題很即時。 3.這飯店出租滿多學生，但隔音上面還滿好，不會太吵雜，有學生的地方，感受年輕人的氣息及活力，真的很棒。 綜上感受，真的很推薦這一間飯店!

Walk from the hostel to the square Location is the best in 1 minute 😀 At night, the surroundings were quiet and comfortable. The living room is not large and closes at night, but I don't care because the square is located like a living room.

Great location, great price for single room taking in consideration it was high season, because of the marathon. Not the best smell around the hotel, is very evident is an old one but yet room was fine and cozy. Morning girl staff, very nice and attentive, the man at night not very friendly. Overall a great stay, and definitely recommended. I would book it again.

Centrally located Well maintained Staff need personal skills on how to interact with guests, and be helpful in need No A/C [or was out of service] and the room was like an oven when we stepped in, and we chose to spend most of the time outside because of that, and returned back to room just to crash Next day we had a fire alarm, and thats when all the drama strated Guy behind the counter was clueless on how to reset the alarm. Elevators were knocked out. Staff behind counter clueless on the hardships faced by guests (and unwilling to help) Not only did we have to climb stairs all the way to 7th floor, and we had to bring our 3 suitcases down seven floors by ourself Staff unapologetic or unwilling to help on a bright warm sunny day? WOW! Mind boggling

No reception, opening expensively by telephone, was quite easy. Once inside, I was happy that someone was inside and he helped us further. No breakfast. We had a small hotel room. exactly good for us at that moment. Easy to reach with the metro ”Twenty-five”.

It's 15 minutes from the train station, 20 minutes to the tourist area, The hotel does not have an elevator, the room cellar is old, it is recommended to bring your own slippers
