"Free hot water is available on the first floor. The beds are clean and comfortable, not stuffy, and good for sleeping. Essentially, two people can sleep in one bed without an issue. The showers on the first floor are a bit inconvenient, especially since I was on the second floor. Overall, the hygiene was very good, no problems there. Some drinks require payment with a wristband."

"Amazing hotel in a perfect location, loads of lovely bars and restaurants nearby and it's close to the station. The staff are so helpful and friendly!! They provided tips and maps for the city. The hotel itself is lovely, so modern and clean. The rooms are amazing, large and spacious with amazing showers and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Coffee machine, fridge and safe all provided. Would 100%r recommend and we would definitely return. Amazing value"

"This hotel is in a very convenient location if you need to be at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the room is spacious and at first sight looks comfortable (it looks better in reality than on the photos I took). Unfortunately, the beds are extremely soft though. That is of course a matter of personal preference and some guests may like the soft mattresses, but I couldn't sleep on them. Fortunately, there was a sofa in the room that was large enough to sleep on and much more comfortable than the beds;-) I might stay here again because of the location, but in terms of beds this would probably not be my first choice."
